This trip was a one off for us and as a special treat we thought we'd stay at one of the premium hotels in Las Vegas. Obviously the cost was significant as expected and we were very much looking forward to our stay. Prior to our visit we were asked 3 times what time we'd be arriving. Once via the website reservation preferences and then twice via e-mails from the front of house team. Not a big deal, but was a little surprising. On arrival we were greeted by a member of the reception team who offered us a welcome drink of water in what I can only describe as a small cardboard milk type of container, no glass. This was surprising as very much lesser hotels we've stayed at offer a glass of juice or sparkling wine on arrival. We asked the lady about the breakfast hours and arrangements. She didn't seem to know the hours or the offering, but "thought" a buffet may be available at the weekend and table service the rest of the time. Again, very surprising as surely it would be a standard requirement for the reception team to know this? Once checked in a (hefty) pre hold was taken on our credit card and she asked if we required help with our cases. When we said no, the lady walked us to the corridor and vaguely pointed in the direction of the elevators. On booking I had requested a room in a specific area which had been granted, so that was a positive. The room itself was very nice, the bed and bedding was lovely. The air conditioning was good, but relatively noisy compared to some. Also every time the guests in the next door room flushed their toilet or emptied their sink, there was a loud gurgling noise from our bathroom sink. A number of TV channels were not available for some reason. This seemed to be a signal fault, but we didn't report it as we weren't going to spend much time watching TV. Housekeeping was very good and the evening turn down service where the ice bucket was replenished was also very good. However on our last day the housekeeping team tried to access our room in the morning and seemed unaware that we were actually checking out that day. Probably not their fault, but down to communication from the reception team. The breakfast service was good and the pool service excellent. Generally the staff were very nice and friendly. However, one morning when I asked at reception about booking a taxi the lady said it was nothing to do with them and to speak to concierge, which I did, to be told to just wait outside and a taxi would hopefully be along soon! I decided to use an Uber from there on. Overall I would say that we were a little disappointed with our stay for the price paid and the standard of hotel. I would respectfully suggest that the front of house staff probably would benefit from additional training as first impressions count, especially at a hotel of this quality and status.

Excellent service . Clean well appointed room. All staff very accommodating. Willow at room service made an effort to communicate when it was super late. Kudos to her for doing her job very well. Wish the Amex benefits were better as they usually are in other Four Seasons we have stayed at. Like the vibe and the secret door to the Mandalay Casino. A good option on the strip for those of us who want to experience Vegas on our own terms. Spa very good.

This is by far our favorite hotel in Vegas! We have been coming to the area for 30 years, and the service and rooms are better than any other hotel hands down. We have stayed here multiple times in the past year and already have more stays booked! The staff is wonderful, and the rooms are beautiful. The bedding is fantastic and we rested great. Thank you to Nicole for always helping us with our reservations, Camille for checking on us, and Moses for the warm welcome and helpfulness. The staff is fantastic, and we look forward to being here soon for our next visit.

It’s in the details. Four Seasons Las Vegas did not disappoint from pre check in to check out. Prior to checking in, I was specific in my request for a room near the elevators and it was granted at check in. I even asked if they could do a little something for my daughter’s softball tournament (which was why we were in Vegas). They wrote a card wishing her luck with a display of chocolates, popcorn and root beer in the room. Super thoughtful! The room was overall spotless, but there were a few crumbs on the carpet and the shower door had a large gap (where water would leak to the outside of the bathroom floor). I think housekeeping was aware because they provided extra towels to soak up the water. I was grateful because I didn’t have to ask. The food at Press and Bourbon was on point! Delicious food with great service. Could not ask for anything more. The valet was always busy to the point they forgot to help with who was checking in (incl us with our luggage). On the day of check out and after doing so, our daughter’s team won their softball tournament and she was covered in dirt. We had an extra hour before heading to the airport and the front desk said we could return to use the showers in the spa to get her cleaned up. Now, that’s service! All in all, we had a great stay with a few issues but nothing to take a star away. This gem of a hotel is wonderful for people who value the details and want to stay on the strip, but don’t want to deal with the crowds and smoke of Vegas.

This is my fifth visit to the Four Seasons Las Vegas, and I always find myself returning. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms come with both a shower and a bathtub, which is a nice touch. I was lucky enough to get a pool view, just as I requested. What I appreciate most about this hotel is that it doesn’t have a casino, which creates a peaceful and sophisticated atmosphere. However, if you're in the mood for some action, it's easy to step through a door and access Mandalay Bay (and the tram). The pool area is another highlight. It's beautiful, not overcrowded, and the staff is always attentive, ensuring you're well taken care of. Plus, you're granted full access to all of Mandalay Bay’s pools. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between a serene and luxurious experience, while still offering all the excitement of Las Vegas, depending on your "mood of the day."
