Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons Las Vegas, and we will definitely be back. In my opinion this is the best hotel on the strip for families. It's quiet, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, the staff are friendly and attentive, the pool is a sanctuary, and the food is amazing (don't miss out on the Sunday brunch in Verdana; the donut station was a big hit with my son). I did have some concerns about the location the first time I stayed here, but you can hop on the tram from Mandalay Bay to New York New York and you're pretty much in the action. It's super convenient. It's also really easy to get an Uber from the lobby. We never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes. Highly recommended. I've stayed in multiple properties on the strip. There are very few I would go back to time and time again. This is definitely one of them.

We did a quick LDW trip with three generations (ages 10-75!) and had the most wonderful time. From the first contact to the final folio, the front desk staff was just fantastic - making sure we had every question answered and every request managed within minutes, quite a feat in the chaos of Las Vegas! Housekeeping was perfect and always done exactly when we’d wanted it, and the weekend buffet and service at Veranda was great. My kids loved being able to go to the wave pool and lazy river at Mandalay Bay (although super crowded and chaotic but fun for them) and then back to the calm of FS. We’d stayed at a number of hotels in LV pre kids but never the FS, and this was our first trip in about 15 years with all three of our kids, and I now cannot imagine staying anywhere else but the FS LV.

We stayed at the Four Season through the Amex Platinum Fine Hotels. The reason behind the 2 stars is solely based on the noise in the room. The Four seasons is on the top ~5 floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. We were on the 35th/~40 floors, and apparently the Mandalay Bay has a nightclub on the top floor/roof of the building. It must have been just a few floors above us and we could hear the base bumping from 11pm-3am every night. I had to sleep in earplugs and noise canceling over the ear headphones to drown it out. For those of us that pick a hotel like the Four Seasons to avoid casinos and clubs in Las Vegas this was a failure. Amex notes - breakfast is $75 in the restaurant - no in room dining -$150 spa credit (the spa is pretty nice) -We were able to check in at 1pm without problem - but maybe got a bad room because of it

This FS is our go-to hotel for our annual trip to Las Vegas! Every stay never disappoints. On this years’ trip we upgraded to a one-bedroom suite and thoroughly enjoyed the extra space. Service is always attentive and first class. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff are super friendly and genuinely happy. I love the fresh flowers in the lobby, this year the welcome drink at the front desk was delicious and they let me have some every day and not just while checking in. While we didn’t try the new steak themed restaurant this year, we did eat breakfast every morning in their normal restaurant and the lobby cafe. On weekends the restaurant has a buffet set up, would love to see that every morning but during weekdays it’s only A La carte. Service this year wasn’t as good as previous years with the servers - was extremely slow even with very few people around at the time we dined. However food was flavorful and tasty. We won’t hold this against our overall experience just because one or two individuals are slow and grumpy. Perhaps we got them on a bad day… Overall, the FS is the best option when needing to attend a conference at Mandalay. We will continue coming back here every time - we look forward to it every year !!

I booked a two-night stay at Four Seasons Las Vegas through the Chase Sapphire EDIT program, expecting the excellent service Four Seasons is known for. Unfortunately, my first impression has been very disappointing. At check-in, the staff was unfriendly and gave me no information about the hotel or its services — the only detail mentioned was that Veranda is under construction. I was left not knowing how to access the pool, arrange car service, or use other amenities, and I had to ask all of my questions later through the hotel’s app chat instead of being guided properly at arrival. The EDIT program benefits (complimentary upgrade if available and late check-out) were not honored. Instead of a complimentary upgrade, I was offered to pay for one. When I asked how late I could check out, the staff member simply kept repeating “none,” even though rooms were still showing as available online. The location is not ideal, and I specifically chose this property because of Four Seasons’ reputation for exceptional service. Sadly, that reputation was not upheld. This has been the weakest experience compared to my other hotel stays. I hope management improves training and consistency for future guests, and I hope the remainder of my two-day stay is better than the first impression.
