I paid for a stay well room and they wouldn’t give me an another room they tried to down grade me and said it was the same cost which it wasn’t. The hotel should have upgraded me to a better room for good hospitality and customer service to make people come back. I will not be returning to that resort.

2am-3am sketchy women attempted to follow me to my room, she did not have access to hotel key card and was able to jump on elevator and follow me to my room, had to loop back and lose her very unsettling, not sure if her intention was to rob me or proposition me. They Wynn has very tight security to guest elevator and I feel MB should have the same. Room was nice and pool area great, security needs to be made a priority though.

The hotel rooms need a refresh - dirty carpets and furniture. Kumi was awful. The hotel staff is always gracious and the proximity to our meeting space is good. MB, spend some money on a renovation soon, please.

I came for a business conference that lasted two days. I stayed an extra night to relax and enjoy the resort. Mandalay did not disappoint. I love the water and the sun and you could easily enjoy both with the wave pool and the lazy river. I got to meet a lot of other nice people and visit as we floated around and around.

I feel the parking is very expensive and I was not told at checkin that if I put on room charges we could come and go all day so paid for cabs to return back to MB
