The world's first ever Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace is a luxury infused, celebrity-driven exhibition. And its guests? We can't quite put our finger on it, but well, let's just say they have a certain je ne sais quoi, not to mention great taste. Immerse yourself in luxury that emerges at every turn, every texture, and every amenity. Nobu has a distinctly different feel than most Las Vegas hotels, and features Japanese-inspired décor mixed with sleek, modern touches.

Check in was ok charged $80 per night to get a room earlier plus $20 upgrade fee. Room was very nice however, the WIFI did not work, the phone beside the bed did not work, the coffee machine did not work. I tried to order a hot drink, which I had to do via ringing the hotel from my own phone to be told we don’t do in room dining, despite the fact they do. Lady on the phone rude and arrogant. Gentleman interception was pleasant and allowed us to go to Starbucks to get a drink and charge it to the room. I’m truly appalled that a hotel which regularly hosts international visitors does not have the facility for you to order a hot drink at 5am in the morning, so I had to walk around in my pajamas looking fur staff. Was told the internet could be fixed in the afternoon,…… that would be 36 hours post arrival! Should be refunded, totally not as described

I love this property. From the best pillows to amazing service. We were checked in by a sweet host, I think her name was Jade. She greeted and explained the property so well. Enjoyed really good restaurants .We truly enjoyed our trip and will be back at nobu Caesar’s .

The staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, going out of their way to make me feel at home Jade is the best !’ The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern comforts I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were high quality, The bathroom was well-lit, with excellent toiletries. I would definitely stay here again for both business and leisure travel

Pros: N/A Cons: 1) We are not against you wanting to monetise every opportunity and hence choosing not to provide a water kettle in the room and instead charge for each portion of "small hot water" and "large hot water" via room service. But surely when there is a 1hr delivery time for a portion of plain hot water from in room dining, you should at least offer the option for guests to rent a kettle if they need hot water on demand. It's your choice to be cheap and penny pinch, but at least offer the facility to rent a water heating kettle for those who are willing to pay for it! Your front desk said the entire hotel had 2 kettles which was already in use by other rooms. Inconsiderate and scant regard for families, and guests who need hot drinking water for medication. 2) Water pressure in the shower at all points of time is abysmal. We tried at non peak hours and no improvement whatsoever. Surely this is the minimum expectation from a hotel marketing itself as a premium option within Caesars. 3) No communication or coordination by front desk people. Had gone and confirmed with front desk the day before checkout that we require assistance with luggage, they said it was all arranged. No one came on the day, took another 2 calls and delay to get someone to come. The person who took our request the day before simply forgot to pass it on. We did not come here with any delusions of receiving Four Seasons or even Wynn Encore service levels. But surely you can at least match service levels and professionalism seen at budget chain hotel properties. And all of these improvements can be made at negligible cost, it just needs the management to care about customer experience instead of being satisfied piggybacking on guaranteed occupancy rates courtesy the location and goodwill generated by far superior Nobu hotels in other locations.

When I called to place a breakfast order, Robert was extremely professional and friendly. He took his time to clearly explain everything to me. It was my first time ordering and being at Nobu as well. and he made it a great experience! I will be back for sure!! Thank you Robert
