The world's first ever Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace is a luxury infused, celebrity-driven exhibition. And its guests? We can't quite put our finger on it, but well, let's just say they have a certain je ne sais quoi, not to mention great taste. Immerse yourself in luxury that emerges at every turn, every texture, and every amenity. Nobu has a distinctly different feel than most Las Vegas hotels, and features Japanese-inspired décor mixed with sleek, modern touches.

Hotel is trying too hard to be cool. Hard to find the hotel within the casino, no signs. Checkin is up the elevator, which has floors that are numbered in the 70s and 80s like it's a skyscraper when you're really up six floors (I personally think this is dangerous in the event of an evacuation because you don't know how high you really are). Checkin was chaotic and took approximately 10 min per party which was absurd. Checkin staff tried to pressure me to opt out of housekeeping. Happy hour was going on in the check-in area and it was so loud I couldn't hear. Huge deep sink in bath is not useful. Giant shower with no doors steams up the entire room. No towel bars for hanging wet towels! Had to drape them over the comically large sink. No hooks for cosmetics travel bag. No magnifying mirror. Never got housekeeping despite requesting. Loose faucets and shower spray made getting a good shower challenging. Neighboring room had barking dog. Fire sprinkler missing trim with bare cut drywall. Work area had NO OUTLETS which is ridiculous given the long desk. Floor lamp had a broken control switch, made sizzling sounds which made me leave it off. I've had much better stays for less money at Palazzo.

This was our second time staying at NOBU. The place is clean, comfortable and they have a 24 hour restaurant. Lots of shopping and family entertainment.

Check in was ok charged $80 per night to get a room earlier plus $20 upgrade fee. Room was very nice however, the WIFI did not work, the phone beside the bed did not work, the coffee machine did not work. I tried to order a hot drink, which I had to do via ringing the hotel from my own phone to be told we don’t do in room dining, despite the fact they do. Lady on the phone rude and arrogant. Gentleman interception was pleasant and allowed us to go to Starbucks to get a drink and charge it to the room. I’m truly appalled that a hotel which regularly hosts international visitors does not have the facility for you to order a hot drink at 5am in the morning, so I had to walk around in my pajamas looking fur staff. Was told the internet could be fixed in the afternoon,…… that would be 36 hours post arrival! Should be refunded, totally not as described

I love this property. From the best pillows to amazing service. We were checked in by a sweet host, I think her name was Jade. She greeted and explained the property so well. Enjoyed really good restaurants .We truly enjoyed our trip and will be back at nobu Caesar’s .

The staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, going out of their way to make me feel at home Jade is the best !’ The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern comforts I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were high quality, The bathroom was well-lit, with excellent toiletries. I would definitely stay here again for both business and leisure travel
