I arrived around noon and was informed that my room was not ready. I was told I had been upgraded to a suite and would receive a text once it became available. I paid the security deposit at that time. After receiving the message later in the day, I followed the instructions to self check-in, as the front desk line was very long with insufficient staff. However, the room key did not work, and I had to go up and down multiple times to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was told that I was “not fully checked in” because my deposit was supposedly unsuccessful—despite having already paid it earlier in the day. After being issued a new working key, I was then informed at the front desk that my room had been double-checked in to another guest, and I was required to move my belongings. At that point, it was already midnight. I was told there were no suites available and that I could only be accommodated in a non-suite room facing the street, which was a clear downgrade from what was promised. Throughout this process, I repeatedly had to go back and forth and wait for staff to address issues that were entirely not my fault. And the staff were not friendly or helpful. This experience caused significant inconvenience and disruption late at night.

The check in process could use improving but it’s a lovely and well maintained property in a great location. The standard room is small, though, with limited storage for clothing. The big plus is Park MGM is a no smoking property.

We stayed in the Grand Suite, It is very comfortable and quiet. The beds are so comfortable I hate getting out of it.I love the big soaking tub. I suggest bringing your own hair products however.

The beauty of NoMad is the overall quiet, 1950's Vegas feel. From checkin to the room, and the experience with staff, it just makes you feel special... unique... not like today's loud, obnoxious Vegas, which I personally hate. NoMad makes Las Vegas bearable. I've never had to wait in line to check in or check out, I've never had a bad experience at the NoMad.
