Not Impressed

Pros: Great Front Desk team. Special shout out to Antonio, who waived my early check-in fee and hooked me up with a room with a spectacular view. Nice conference facility and catered food and beverage Nice dining outlets. I ate at Café Americano, Café, Belle, Alexxa’s, and Mon Ami Gabi. Cons: The room was dated and dirty. I found hair in the bed and the comforter was still wet from being in the wash. Horrible. Housekeeping did not do a thorough job. They’d come in, make the bed, fold the toilet paper, and leave dirty towels on the floor… Engineering could have been better. I had to call twice to have my TV fixed. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with Paris, but there are worse options in Vegas.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean and my interactions with staff were all positive. I'd like to thank one of the managers, Jeff, for going the extra mile and giving me assistance above and beyond. I strongly recommend this hotel. BTW the morning coffee in the lobby is worth every penny.

Dusty and enormous

This hotel was really odd and full of extra fees, and I literally never interacted with a single staff person. I checked in at a kiosk to avoid the line. There was a $50 early fee. I don't know if there was a fee to check luggage, but I didn't want to wait in that long line! It is simultaneously an enormous and crowded facility, and I was in the Bordeaux Towers, 14th floor. It was disconcerting to walk through the smoky casino every day and see a fake French facade, which I had to do to get to the Convention Center. It was very dark and outdated. The prices for food are very high, but that is Vegas. The room was old, with lots of chipped paint on the doorways and furniture but the bed was fine. My floor was, fortunately, nonsmoking. Everything had a layer of dust on it, from the bathroom mirrors to the lampshades. The window (no view) was dirty and you could hear construction during the day. It offers convenient access to Horseshoe Casino and I was able to walk to the Sphere for a show from this hotel. There is also a CVS next door and you can easily check out the Bellagio arboretum across the street.

Paris ....Great stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Perfect location lovely room amazing view of Tower, we had the 'burgundy room' on the 26th floor it was perfect. The hotel is the centre of the strip, so access to everything is so easy. Defo go to the top of the tower, you get reduced rates as hotel quests. Pool is also nice not too busy but personally think days beds and cabanas are very over priced !!! The negatives are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and coffee in the hotel very expensive ($9 for a latte) The reception was always busy with long queues when we arrived at night it was fine, but if you need to go back and make enquiries you need to join a long queue sometimes, would be good if they had an enquiry desk. Overall, this hotel was great and would 100% return, had a great time with friends, have been Vegas many times and stayed at different hotels.....I would definitely return to this one .....just need £/$ to improve
