Awesome Service

Red Rock is an awesome resort! The food, service and entertainment are on point! I recently hosted clients and they were impressed. Rachel, my Casino Host always goes above and beyond. Trinity, our cocktail server made sure we were always well taken care of. Franky and all nighters at the Rocks lounge was awesome.

They placed an new craps machine We talked to 5 different people from rewards centre , Pit Boss, Casino manager to Casino Host Everyone was great; casino host was very condescending In short no one knew about comps with the new craps table So to make a decision “ No Comps on this table” Experience How about all of us who played this table ? Zero Lost me as a player , They lie about the comps Boyds already has comped us on first days losses Your money goes further in other casinos Bye bye bye Red Rock and all station Casinos

Hotel and casino are declining in appearance as well as friendly customer service . Roofs leak, slot machine platforms are broken elevators and slot machines malfunction. Casino staff are not friendly at all !! Slot machine malfunctioned and attendant cashed me out for the wrong amount . They tried cheating me out of the exact amount that I had in the machine

Wonderful hotel that handled a difficult situation extremely well.

The staff was wonderful and helpful from the moment were arrived. Free valet parking was a plus. The hotel was separate from the casino which we appreciated. The hotel was non smoking. We were visiting our daughter for my birthday and because she has been ill. The location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and we had a beautiful room. There was sadly a shooting incident across from our hotel and the hotel handled it so well. My husband had been out hiking and was not able to return to the hotel. We had to leave to get to the airport. Matthew, our valet during our stay saw my daughter and I trying to exit with our baggage. He grabbed our bags put them in our car. Gave my shaken daughter and I a huge hug and gave us directions . This hotel and its staff are amazing. They handled a very difficult situation extremely well. We highly recommend them. We did not go to the Casino so I cannot review it.

The service at this property is terrible I have never experienced such a lack of hospitality. No coffee makers in the room, extremely long walks to the elevator, tired rooms, and worst of all, BAD staff attitude. If you try to request a coffee maker you will get a flippant "I've worked at a lot of resorts and they don't have coffee makers the other places you stayed at were the exception," - manager Chris. He tried to tell me more but the fire alarms blaring in the background of him talking were difficult to hear anything adding to the shabby feeling at the property. Rust around the toilet and tub, along with tired rooms. The fact that they are making these excuses instead of trying to be better and be the exception tells you this isn't the resort you want to stay at. Not accessible at all and front desk staff will treat accessibility requests as a nuisance. If you stay with a group they refuse to work with you, you can only communicate through group sales team during business hours. One staff member having a bad day is fine but an entire front desk staff having an attitude means this place is a no go. If you just need a place to sleep you'll probably be fine, any requests and good luck to you.
