Tragedy at the Signature
The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool in tower 2 and 3 does not get sunshine until around noon; so, be aware in case you wanted to get a little morning sunshine. We also experienced a tragedy. While we were at the tower 2 pool; someone fell from their room balcony in tower 3 and died. We were so close that we could hear the impact. It really affected us personally. It was so sad. The hotel staff was quick to respond and first responders were on the scene quickly. It was odd though that not a word was communicated to hotel guests to even acknowledge that we may have been impacted by the tragedy. We lost access to our hotel lobby, but everything else seemed to continue working like clockwork. It made me wonder how safe these hotels with balconies are and if these types of accidents are common. There also wasn't any coverage on local news. I will not be staying at the MGM Signature again.

Great rooms and amenities.
The rooms were spacious and the refrigerator was large enough to hole multiple drinks and keep them cold. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to food and casino area. This hotel does not have on site casino. The pool areas were great!

It was a place to sleep, except when it was noisy.
The pillows are too thick. The noise is high from the hallway and the doors don 't block it. Bring some heavy duty ear plugs. Two of the Signature pools were closed with no explanation. Prices have risen too high. The valets were nice and helped us get a cab.

NEVER AGAIN -Rude, Incompetent and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Signature at MGM Grand This is my first attempted stay with you and it will be my last! Check in time is 3pm. I arrived at 10am, paid for my room and left my bags. Its now after 3pm, my room is not ready for another 40 minutes minimum and I have 5pm dinner reservations 30 mins away I can't change or freshen up for because I have no room or luggage and my only access is a public restroom. I'll NEVER STAY, GAMBLE OR DINE at an MGM property EVER again. You are screwing up my professional obligations as I'm here for a conference and I'm exhausted with three rounds of excuses from your rude and unaccomidating desk staff. Its very evident you don't give a flying fig about customer service.

Beautiful rooms/bathrooms, but beware
BEWARE early closing pool/lazy river times, long walks to the good pools and chaos if the system is down for check in. Otherwise beautiful rooms/bathrooms. We did have to wait in line standing for just shy of 2 full hours because the system shut down. I ran around to other MGM’s and they seemed to recover better than signature. Staff was not even kind about it.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
