The Signature at MGM Grand

From check in to check out everything was great. Checkin was very quite and very fast with nice welcoming staff. Grounds and pools of the suites and mgm complex are stunning and spotless. Plenty of sunbeds all day around the mgm grand complex. SUITE We stayed in tower 1 floor 30 in a 1 bed suite with strip view balcony which was fantastic.. Suite was great, very nice and very spacious, loads of wardrobe storage space , bed super comftable, bathroom huge with shower, double jet bath , his and hers sinks and vanity, Tv in bathroom and toilet seperate. Next to the kitchenette in the living area there is a 2nd bathroom with toilet and shower which was perfect. Plenty of thick soft towels. Coffee maker came in handy for morning drinks , the cleaner would leave us pods, disposable cups and lids daily. We didn't ask for any utensils because we ate out but we did use the large fridge for our drinks and fresh products. Plenty of space if wanting to cook and eat in. View from balcony and the two large windows in the bedroom was fantastic. Our cleaner did an amazing job! The place was spotless .She went abovw and beyond would fold my night dress up and pop on pillow, lay a small face towel on the vanity and pop my makeup products organised on it and on the other side pop my face creams and lotions. Move items to clean and pop them back in an organised tidy way. THE WALK TO THE POOL When walking to and from the suites to mgm it is a relaxing , a quite stroll only a few mins walk to the pool entrance and away from loud noise of casino for a more relaxed feel after a long day/evening. Lifts fast and not busy. Location lets this place down as it is not the best.. The atmosphere in the mgm and close by hotels like NYNY does not have the busy vibrant lively atmosphere like the middle of the strip does.. When walking between cosmo - mgm around midnight the area was very quite no atmosphere not even when entering the casino. Where as middle of strip is lively and packed out casino's at 4am. We didn't notice so much untill we moved to ceasars palace. If going to ballagio We found walking out the reception doors past security, take a left and straight down to the strip was by far a much quicker way of getting to the strip than going thro mgm grand. It brings you out at planet hollywood which you have access to from the side road so a very quick walk and great views of the sphere ans stratosphere POOLS Pool in tower 1 was closed so we did go to tower 2 and 3 pool one morning which was nice and quite very relaxing, small but both lovely area with great large jucuzzi pool perfect temperature. Tower 3 has great views of the sphere from the pool. All towers have strabucks and a bar.. We spent most the day at the mgm grand pool complex which had good lively vibe. To enter mgm complex Everyone has to tap room key on machine at security entrance to show it is active ans have bags checked. No snacks or drinks are allowed to be taken inside besides water or starbucks unless you have diabetes. Tubes to buy for the lazy river are between $25 - 45. To have your own blown up they charge $10. We went to the ABC store a short stroll down the strip and bought rings from there. $15 for two blown up.. At the tower pools there were no bag checks but room card is needed for access. Towels are supplied at all pools. Great stay loved our suite and love the pools. Compared to cesars, paris, cosmopolitan ect.The mgm casino is a bit out dated and lacks good lively atmosphere but pool fantastic. .

Considering this is a Marriott property when I booked the reservation, I expected the customer service at the front desk to be better than what was experienced. We have ventured all types of properties from Residence Inns to the Ritz Carlton and the customer service was consistent across the board, except for this experience. I did not feel valued as a Marriott rewards member. I told the front desk twice that the ice bucket had water in it when we checked in, as well as an empty bottle of the $9 water, which indicated to me that this specific area was not even cleaned when getting the room ready for us. Nonetheless, we were still charged for the water, (which was removed by the last person we encountered after we checked out). Also, we requested if it was possible to have a late check out 24 hours prior to check out, and it was a flat no. I would say it is the delivery of the response that was not impressive at all. We asked to speak to the manager, and the front desk employee laughed and said he will tell us the same thing. The manager on duty did come out, did tell us it was not possible. I am used to having an option to paying extra if we stay longer, but I guess that is not an option. I asked what happens after the 11am check out, if we are still in the room. and he replied that we would be charged and security would come to have us leave. To me, the delivery of this message also had room to be finessed with better customer service. I perceived it as patronizing and almost punitive. If there was a charge, we were willing to pay, but since security comes right after 11, the message we received was that paying was not an option.

The front desk, cleaning staff and valet teams provided excellent guest services. Excellent views, location and parking. A lot of living room and bedroom / bathroom spaces. Awesome full sized refrigerator and kitchen. Easy location to walk to the MGM Lazy River and Spa. Also a close walk to Top Golf and the GPP Grand Prix Plaza. We have been staying at the MGM Signature Towers for many years and will return!

We loved it here, the room was huge and stunning! I should, but can’t take a star off because the upholstery needed a good clean and felt a bit grubby and some finishing touches were lacking like paint badly flaking and coming away from skirting boards, one of the plugs in the his and her sinks were missing so I was worried about loosing things down there. Cutlery was lacking and their was no kettle only a coffee maker (I’m British, I need tea) 😂 but fair play once we told the hosts of our apartment they purchased them asap and the front desk let us know when they were there. We were on the 27th penthouse floor, very high and the balcony took me some courage to look over! We had a huge jacuzzi in our bathroom, large walk in shower, his and her sinks with plenty of worktop and storage space a large closet, huge comfy bed. Living area and kitchenette, It was a proper home from home. The hotel was perfectly located only being a 5 minute walk to the strip, either through the hotel and into the mgm casino or down one road outside that took you straight to the strip, I choose the latter with it not being so Smokey. The restaurant inside the hotel was so good! Closes early though at 6 which is a shame but you have to try it, everything we had there we polished off. We had a problem with the apartment next door smoking weed which forced us to close our balcony door rather than enjoying it but hours later when we came back we could smell it inside our apartment which was gross, we called the front desk and fair play, straight away they sent security up, an hour later when we went back up the maids were in there and it appeared they had been thrown out! So very impressed with the hotel for sticking to their policy’s and not taking any nonsense like that. I would however suggest the hotel rethink who they use to do their dry cleaning, I sent my wedding dress off with a clear foundation stain and noted it, they didn’t remove it properly, it went back and again although it was noted it came back the same, I have up and sorted it myself once home, very disappointing. Overall we would 100% come back here, vegas was a dream come true and coming back to this apartment was the cherry on the top, we can’t wait to revisit 👍🏼

From check-in to check-out, everything about my stay was exceptional. The suite was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the Strip. I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which gave me a chance to relax while still being close to all the action. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were well-maintained. The Signature offers a perfect balance of luxury and convenience — would definitely stay here again.
