Awesome Hotel
Great time in Las Vegas. The MGM signature was really nice and clean. The staff were really nice from the front desk to the valet. I enjoyed my stay and if I visit again I will be staying with MGM signature.

Exceptional stay
Was a great stay, the room was perfect and the hot tub and balcony was worth the trip alone. I would definitely come bafk and stay here again.

Great customer service
Yordanos in the Lobby retail store at MGM resorts- Mandalay Bay was extremely helpful and went way beyond to make sure she could find something I was looking for. She was professional and very nice, GREAT JOB!!!!!

Comfortable Stay
Excellent facility with very courteous staff. However, do not forget to bring in your own water with you, else you will have to buy it at $9 per bottle.

Outdated room, terrible hotel gym
The hotel gym was an awful disrepair. Multiple machines not working, and was clearly not cleaned appropriately the entire time I was there. They do not have a maintenance staff who is inspecting the equipment.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
