The Signature at MGM Grand

The room itself was nice, but I found the staff to be unfriendly and not professional. On Saturday we left our room at 9am and when we returned at 4pm after my daughter spent that time in urgent care, they had just started cleaning our room, so it didn't get done completely. Saturday night I went online and ordered room service without realizing your hotel doesn't offer room service. I had to leave my sick daughter in the room to go and find food. On Sunday after returning in the afternoon, the room had been somewhat cleaned. I called housekeeping by pushing the button on the phone to ask them to have someone come and empty our garbage because they left it there with food in it, there was no cream or sugar, and I filled the ice bucket on Friday with ice and it was still sitting there on Sunday with the water and no new bag to get fresh ice. The woman I spoke to said they don't take care of any of that, but she would send someone up. The trash was picked up, and we left for dinner. When we returned, someone left a large bag filled with sugar, and cream packets, and a hand full of bags was sitting next to the ice bucket. This felt "over the top". Most hotels will refill the coffee, cream and sugar when cleaning the rooms and change out the ice bucket bags, but the action taken felt more like "here you go, now shut up". I wasn't rude when I called, I simply asked for the things that were needed. I have always heard nothing but great things about this hotel and it was my daughter's birthday and her first trip to Vegas, so I wanted it to be special. I'm not sure if I would book a room at this particular hotel in the future.

This hotel is amazing from all the staff to the rooms we stayed in a penthouse and the tub that my wife fell in love with. It was an amazing stay.

Room is great value as location, check-in was horrendous due to rude Receptionist, male 28, glasses, worked on Nov 1st 8pm.

The rooms are not cleaned every day, and when they are cleaned, they only make the bed, although I left a tip, hot water in the shower is not every day, there was also a cold shower. Water in the room is charged $9. The room is noisy from the elevator all night, even though the room is quite far away. I would not recommend it to others

This accommodation was very well located for easy access to the strip and some of the biggest hotels. There is an inside tunnel to the MGM Grand Casino. It is close to the F1 pits and has places nearby to eat. For the money it was descent value. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
