Reviews for The Signature at MGM Grand

God help you if you need front desk to help!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Terrible hotel !! Lost power in room, front desk said "There is nothing we can do, try calling the owners of your room." No they were not kidding! Apparently most of the rooms in this hotel are privately owned by unknown people. So the front desk gave a phone numer to call, which I did but got no answer. Went to front desk again, same answer: "There is nothing we can do". BEYOND BELIEF!!!

Very nice with only minor downsides

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Very nice hotel and great area. Downsides: Lighting is weird and not much in the way of plug ins,, no dishes unless requested in suite, no seating on deck, also only 1 un heated pool between 3 towers was open even though each tower has a pool. Resort fee is a total cash grab, expensive and not shown until check in. All being said though, still the nicest place we have stayed on strip and would absolutely stay again.

Nice 5-night stay

Nice stay and great view from balcony. Room was clean. Few wobbly chairs and stain on couch. Kitchenette had all needed utensils. We Ubered some groceries and were all set for the week. Love the bathroom because the tub us huge. Double sinks were nice to have. I would go back.

Needs a facelift

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

3 night stay at MGM Signature Suites. Overall the hotel and rooms are in need of a facelift - it’s very 2000 decor. Superb sized room (living/ dining/ bed/ bath) and bed was comfortable. Quite noisy… on the 35th floor we still heard sirens from the street, doors banging in the corridor, etc. Kitchenette had no utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. View from the balcony was great. 8 min walk to the main strip. 5 min to the Grand. A little overpriced for what it was. Checkin/ out was easy on the app.

Pricey but quiet

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We just stayed 3 nights while in town for a soccer tournament for our son. We liked the place, the staff were all kind and hard working. Our suite was exceptionally clean and spacious. The beds and linens were good quality. The sofa bed was pretty good too. We were on the 7th floor and the view was so-so, more of the back alley and buildings on the Strip than anything else. We wished there were more food options in the immediate lobby area. There is just a small bar and Starbucks. It is a pretty long walk to MGM via a covered walkway. We did it once but it wasn’t very interesting. Last night we came home and cars were backed up down the driveway as 3 valets failed to come to work. Not ideal as people had no place to put their cars. And this morning my husband needed to have a few work Zoom calls and there was no place in the lobby or surrounding spaces where he could work early in the AM. So that was a disappointment. This hotel is sort of more like an apartment building. It is quiet, smoke free and not with a casino but it is also off the Strip enough that it might be a deal-breaker for people wishing to be in the middle of it all. We lastly were very disappointed by the $50 resort fee for which we received absolutely nothing. It’s a garbage fee and pretty uncool. Throw in coffee service or a donut or something!!

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
