Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

The stay started out amazing in the beginning… last day was horrible. I saw the true colors of the staff. The manager was snobby and did not seem interested in what I had to say about the issues I had and did not have a desire to provide a complimentary service. I had to ask for free meal and he seemed hesitant to even provide that. I was in one room on the 32nd floor and the washer broke down leaving my clothes soaking wet so they moved us to another room same floor where we waited hours for an engineer to show up to unlock the door to access this washer and dryer ( I’m currently still waiting for the engineer to come, keep in mind this is my last day here all my plans are ruined I had reservations for area 15 and my flight is at 9) they do not care to assist you it’s like pulling teeth. Hopefully they keep in mind not everyone is snobby and just wants some assistance. I am not disrespectful but when someone or in this case many of the stay are disrespectful I return the disrespect. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY NEED A CHANGE starting from the manager.

I reserved in this resort for the rating...and it eas true. It is excellent! The good conditions of the resort. Location, Amenities, the big and comfortable room mates my holidays awesome. The pool is big, even though some days was closed for cleaning issues the ither datos we enjoyed it too much Personal in the pool was very kind. I asked for a strip view room and also you gave it to me. All the People were very kind and helpful. On my next trip I will choose you again. Thank for made my holidays very special.

Awful Service! No Customer care or help in anyway! Terrible experience!! Parking was not good Towels were cheap and showed over use The mattress were Not comfortable Definitely DoNot Stay here There is like No one working can’t find a housekeeper for extra pillow One of the worst stays ever!!

Check in was a nightmare. All I asked was a hipper floor facing the strip if it is available and possible. I was told yes but to wait a bit. We did not mind waiting, however if they have changed their minds, they should have let us know instead of telling us up till 4:30 pm from 8:30am that the room is not ready. Everyone we tried approaching them on the front desk, they all just walk away. We eventually requested for any room even if it is located close to the toilet. Magically, a room became available, it was around 4:30 pm. They were saying we are Hilton guest therefore check goes from 4 pm all the way to midnight. We never asked for any preferential treatment. We just needed someone to be honest and tell us from the beginning that upper floor facing the strip cannot be reserved for us and we will wait till whenever they decide to check us in. It was my third time in this hotel and check in has always been a breeze and they were always kind. This time this was not the case. Anyway, I will definitely stay again.

This hotel has no food service or room service upstairs. The swimming pool closes at 8 PM. Valet is mandatory and it’s slow as hell and the pool is really small and not much to it. I’m never staying here again. We’ve been waiting for our Valet car for over 30 minutes now and you can’t even call from upstairs to get them to pull the car up for you. Just ridiculous Service..
