Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

This was my very first time being in Vegas and I thought I by me choosing to stay here would have been the least of my worries. I won't trash this hotels name or value.i mean the rooms are beautiful ...But if it had not been for Fernando and the other guy management, my stay would have been terrible. So thank you Mr Fernando for making my stay as comfortable as possible... I will never forget your kindness and patience... I won't be back there but if and when I do come back I will stop by and say hi...

This hotel is conveniently located just off the Strip with a short walk to the casinos and the main hub of Las Vegas. As it's a hotel not a casino, it was not super crowded and there was no smoke, so this was a huge bonus for us. When we arrived, we were offered a room on the floor of our choice and we chose 54, so the view was amazing. Our room was big, with a small kitchenette (including microwave) and a huge bathroom. We really appreciated the bar and the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed a meal and a few drinks sitting at the bar, being served by a first-class bar tender. We were able to take our leftover dinner to the room and heat it up for lunch the next day. In terms of things that could have been improved - the shower temperature was not hot enough, in our opinion, and it took 5 minutes of running the shower for the warm water to come through. No tea was provided in the room, so we bought a tea & coffee in the hotel which was super expensive (US$15). We brought wine glasses up from the bar and they were not removed by housekeeping when the room was cleaned so these sat on the kitchenette counter until we left. That said, these were minor annoyances, and we would likely stay here again if we returned to Las Vegas.

Top of the line service!! Upon arrival I tried to grab my bag out of the trunk but a bell hop was immediately by my side saying he would be taking everything upstairs to our room and that all cars receive valet parking. Everything was immaculate and the stuff was unbelievably organized. This was such a top notch experience for all of us. The pool was clean and pool staff were vigilant and friendly. Definitely recommend this smoke free and safe resort.

The Trump Hotel is a lovely hotel, clean and friendly. Our hotel room was clean and tidy and cleaned and restocked everyday of pur trip. There is a restaurant and in the morning there is a smaller takeaway area for breakfast items which was a takeaway service, it was quite expensive but the food was good We were disappointed to not be able to sit at the bar and enjoy a drink as this is apparently not on option. We ended up going to a bar around the corner, which we would highly recommend called The Happy Camper. The concierge was good and they offered transport services if they weren't overwhelmed with other jobs. The trump hotel is one of the only hotels without a casino, which was a nice touch for us.

Beautiful Luxury Hotel with a Phenomenal Staff… it the Staff that creates the Magic at a Hotel and the Trump Staff exceeds expectations and goes the extra distance with smiles, respect and sweet personalities. From the helpful friendly Valet when you arrive to helpful kind bellman and front desk staff(everyone smiles and are very caring). The restaurant food was delicious and their servers, support staff, Hostesses, managers and bartenders were giving Royal Service with Grace and Friendliness. I learned why the staff are so incredible…it’s the Management. They lead with Professionalism, Kindness and Caring for guests and Staff alike. From Fernando O (front office asst mngr and David Lee ( Front office mngr) to the Best General Manager in Las Vegas(Mr Ryan M. and a Giant of a Leader ( Director Brian B.). They are Titans in the Hospitality business known for putting guests first and I was so pleased to meet both of these Gentlemen. All these managers are the reason it’s the Best run Hotel in Las Vegas. Thank you Gentlemen for making our stays always AMAZING❤️🙏
