We stayed at Trump International Las Vegas the night before our return flight, fully prepared for the alleged “railroad noise” I’d read about in other reviews. At check-in, I politely asked for a room as far away from the tracks as possible. The front-desk agent was calm, professional, and clearly understood the assignment. Fast forward to the elevator doors opening on the 57th floor. Silence. Space. And jaw-dropping views across Vegas that made us briefly forget we were leaving the next day. If there was a train, it must’ve been whispering. Free valet parking deserves its own standing ovation. At 8am the next morning, we requested the car and had it in five minutes flat. In Las Vegas terms, that’s basically teleportation. The location is spot on — near a mall, and Uber/Lyft access is effortless. Restaurants, Strip action, airport… all just a short ride away without the chaos of being in the chaos. We even popped into the shop. I admired the merchandise, contemplated the $67 bottle of Trump estate red wine, and ultimately decided my memories of the stay were intoxicating enough. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Calm, classy, efficient, and a refreshing break from the madness — perfect if you want Vegas on your terms. Highly recommended.

Location is not too bad, just 7 min walk to the strip to reach Wynn. But don't expect a 5-star hotel, it's only 3 or 4 stars the most. The lobby is very bland, the restaurant looks boring, room service is more like uber eats, you get the food delivered in plastic containers in a paper bag. Trains pass nearby at 2am and I could hear them whistle loudly, even from our 61st floor penthouse. But the most annoying thing was the check-in, where the receptionist, Sisi, clearly a poorly trained beginner, was very unprofessional and threatened my wife to have her removed by security, because she didn't like my wife's tone when we were trying to clarify the total room charge. A bad check-in experience makes you then look carefully at all the other small annoyances, things like the awful artwork in the room (see attached picture). Who wants to have a picture of a snake nest in the bedroom? Slow internet (faster only if you pay extra), old TV that looses picture every few minutes, not even a minibar in a penthouse unit? Conclusion: in any of our future trips to Las Vegas, I will not stay at this hotel even if they give me their biggest penthouse for free.

We booked the penthouse . At check in we encountered the most rude , disrespectful and incompetent receptionist. That woman name is SISI . We traveled around the world and we never encountered a person like this that should not be allowed to work with customers!!!!.The first impression of any hotel is the front desk. The penthouse was spacious but not quiet . We could hear all night the trains and sirens at floor 61. This is not a 5 star hotel !!!!

The rooms were nice and most of the staff were pleasant, but unfortunately the restaurant had poor and very slow service. Getting a table was slow and even after sitting down it took quite awhile to get service and the staff was not welcoming. I had to ask for the check from the manager because our waiter disappeared. The managers response was “huh, I think I can get that for you” We tried the restaurant twice and each time we were very disappointed.

"If you lose something at this hotel, it’s basically gone for good!" I go to Las Vegas almost every year for work, and this was my first time staying at the Trump International Hotel. The rooms themselves were actually quite nice—but the location is pretty inconvenient. It’s far from most event venues (like the Venetian Expo), and there aren’t any convenient stores nearby. The whole area feels kind of deserted and not very practical. But the real kicker? During my trip, I switched rooms, and I accidentally left my glasses behind in the old one. I was still staying at the hotel at the time, so I immediately called Lost and Found. Their response? They made me fill out an email form first. After I submitted it, they just told me to wait. Seriously? Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, who has time to hang around forever waiting for them to find your stuff? I even went to the front desk in person—still, they said they didn’t have it. But here’s the pattern: sure enough, as soon as I got back home to my country, I received an email saying, “We found your item!” So yeah… if you lose something at this hotel, consider it lost for good. And honestly—this is 2025! Can they please stop using such outdated methods to handle something so simple? Seriously, even a robot would handle this faster than their staff!

Very impressed!! Staff is extremely polite and helpful. When you come in the lobby you are greeted with a calm and fresh sweet smell, not like the hotels with casinos that are usually loud and smells like smoke. This is the hotel to stay at if you want to relax but also enjoy the strip. By far the best service I've ever gotten from a hotel.
