Forgot Chanel Necklace in the room, remains “ Lost Forever “.
Good afternoon, My family stayed at Trump for four days and three nights in Room 5824 and checked out on 12/18 at 11:00 a.m. My sister accidentally forgot her Chanel necklace in the nightstand drawer. I returned to the room the next morning with Elizabeth from the Lost and Found department. We both entered the room, which was not occupied and had already been cleaned and prepared for the next guest. However, the Chanel necklace was missing. My sister did not lose the necklace, and it was left inside the room. We are very concerned about how this situation was handled and would like a clear explanation and resolution. She forgot the necklace, but the security department mentioned that they can’t find it. We understand that if the room had been occupied, the guest may have taken it. However, the room was not occupied, and I personally went to the room the next morning to check, but the necklace was gone. What kind of customer service does a nice hotel provide when the security service is not up to standard? We are looking forward to hear back from your management team!

Perfect hotel for family
The hotel room is spacious and clean. It is located right on the Strip, close to Fashion Show and Treasure Island. Perfect for family with children as it does not have casino inside the hotel.

Perfect location, no casino, so very quiet, nice restaurant downstairs, service ok for the price. We come back to this place every time we are in Vegas and we never regret it, the view on the strip is stunning and the suite are somptuous.the access to the fashion mall accross the street is a big plus and the freeways which are just at the corner, very convenient.

It looked luxurious, but the amenities were average. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were outstanding. The hotel restaurant was very expensive!

Luxurious hotel with free valet service! This hotel is truly smoke free as it has no casino. The staff is friendly and accommodating with services when called upon. Our one bedroom suite had an extremely large bathroom off the bedroom with a huge soaking tub with jets and separate shower with room for two. The second bathroom off the living area had an additional shower. The room was quiet with the exception of overhead planes. Our first time in Vegas and the airport is very close to the strip. Not sure plane noise can be eliminated. The DJT restaurant located in the hotel had friendly service and was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The menus had choices for all dietary needs! The portions are sizable! Pro tip: Robes are available upon request

Very impressed!! Staff is extremely polite and helpful. When you come in the lobby you are greeted with a calm and fresh sweet smell, not like the hotels with casinos that are usually loud and smells like smoke. This is the hotel to stay at if you want to relax but also enjoy the strip. By far the best service I've ever gotten from a hotel.
