Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

We have visited several times and continue to be impressed by the attractiveness of the accommodations. However, there are numerous flaws that become obvious once you look closely, including shortfalls in housekeeping/maintenance. For instance, there were no extra waste basket liners, no washing machine pods; had to call for supplies. The guest bath shower valve provided NO cold water, only HOT; they had to send maintenance to change out the valve. The guest bath sink stopper was broken and needed to be replaced, which they did quickly. There were NO hand-towel hooks in either bathroom. In guest bath there is no cabinet and very limited surface space so hand towels and supplies compete for space - terrible design; there is plenty of room to add a shelf, at least, so that would fix the problem. There is only a Keurig coffee maker; the pods were terrible, the cheapest selection. There should be an alternative coffee maker. There were no teaspoons, only tablespoons; there were no steak knives or carving knives for food prep. There were no baking dishes and only one oven mitt. All but one cooking pan was scratched up and should be replaced. The shower heads were set way too high, nearly seven feet high; my short wife could not reach them to adjust and I could barely reach them; they should provide a two head system with different heights. In fact, there are cabinets in the room that are over seven feet tall with no stepstool to allow access; what are they for? Trump tower is not the quietest hotel either; it is near a train line with loud trains sounding horns during sleep hours; jets fly by from the Vegas airport that are loud enough to be distracting. Obviously the construction did not provide sound muffling very effectively. Bring good earplugs! The couch is more comfortable than most hotel hideabeds, the appliances were first rate, and the surface design was very attractive. They also have an excellent restaurant in the lobby, which most timeshares do not offer. You can only valet your car, no self-parking; it is built into your fees, but you may want to have tip money on hand for the hard-working valets. All pillows were the same but many hotels now offer three different pillow types all the time, soft, medium, and firm; for a luxury hotel, Trump should offer this also.

Great property!!!!!! The room layout is brilliant. They actually have a "kitchen". Most properties don't even offer a coffee maker or microwave unless you get a suite (which is ridiculous). The staff is superb. The property as a whole is so clean and well kept. We really liked the location ie just off the strip vs in the middle of mayhem. There is also no casino on-site which keeps the gamblers away and not there all day and night. We would most definitely stay again!

We were in Vegas for one week and had an amazing experience at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas and we recomend it.

Guest services, and Trupm resturaunt has good food and the Trump burger is fantastic. Check in/out was smooth.

The rooms are very nice. Very clean the bathroom was beautiful. I highly recommend. The staff’s been very friendly. The restaurant on site is delicious.
