Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

The rooms are very nice. Very clean the bathroom was beautiful. I highly recommend. The staff’s been very friendly. The restaurant on site is delicious.

I loved this place. The other hotels are like giant malls and there are hours wait for your car, uber or taxi… not here. It was a simple classy hotel with no smoking. The pool was gorgeous and service was great

Brilliant stay at Trump International Las Vegas for our recent family holiday. The hotel is a little off the main Strip but that actually worked in its favour. Much more relaxed and less hectic. It’s an easy enough walk to the Strip along the street or through the Fashion Show Mall. It is really handy having the mall right on the hotel’s doorstep. For getting further down the Strip, we used Uber/taxis or the Deuce bus. Our room was incredibly spacious with loads of closet space, a really comfy bed and we were on the 56th floor with unbelievable views. The bathroom was huge with excellent shower and double sinks, and it was great having water and coffee replenished daily. We had breakfast twice in DJT and really enjoyed it. Nancy, our server, was lovely, and very attentive and welcoming. The pool area was great too with plenty of beds available and towels provided. Overall, the hotel was spotless throughout, with great décor and a really smooth check-in and check-out experience. A fantastic hotel offering great value, slightly removed from the main action, but all the better for it.

Upon arrival, I was offered a discounted room upgrade, which I accepted in good faith. Unfortunately, what I received in return was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever experienced. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable: • There was a large clump of hair in the shower, clearly left from a previous guest • The vanity and surfaces were covered in visible dust and grime, as if they had not been cleaned in weeks • Dust and debris were noticeable throughout the room • The television barely functioned, adding to the overall poor experience Due to a packed schedule, I chose not to spend my time going back downstairs to request a room change. However, that does not excuse the condition in which the room was presented in the first place — a baseline level of cleanliness should be guaranteed, especially at a property of your supposed standard. When I raised these concerns at checkout, the experience only worsened. The front desk associate was extremely dismissive and rude, stating that nothing could be done because I did not report the issue immediately upon check-in. Instead of taking accountability, I was told I could speak to a manager to “go over policies,” which felt more like deflection than customer service. To be clear, I was not asking for anything unreasonable — only a refund of the $50 per night upgrade fee, given that the upgraded room failed to meet even basic cleanliness standards. Between the condition of the room and the poor handling of my complaint, this experience fell far below expectations. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly reconsider recommending or returning to this property.

My company booked this hotel because it was walking distance to business I needed to conduct and it is low priced. Unfortunately, the check in experience was slow and my room had seen better days and was poorly cleaned. If feels more like the nearby Hampton where I have also stayed. I rate it poor because I could hear a dog barking in the room next half the night and the front desk did nothing to help. I will say the $26 omelet was excellent albeit quite small. Im a smaller guy and could have eaten 2 of them and maybe been close to full. This hotel is an OK choice. But it is a budget hotel under the guise of a luxury hotel.
