Great customer service. very clean hotel. New carpeting in the hallways. clean room. quick and free valet service. quiet and doesn't smell like cigarettes. i would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone. reasonable priced too.

We had a limited time in LV, so when we went to check- in too early (12:15) we were offered a two- corner suite for a $100 upgrade. SOLD! The 52nd- floor suite was huge and included a wetbar, dining table for eight, floor- to- ceiling windows on the south and east, a huge bathroom with a shower large enough for a party, and His and Hers closets with enough space for a three- month stay. Only one big downside: Above was a disco, and the thump- thump- thump was constant, from the moment we checked in until 3am. AND, there was no coffee machine, something that's standard in even low- end hotels. The $40 "resort fee" did not include the pool, for which another $25 pp was payable, so the resort fee was just a junk fee and brought nothing at all, beyond a slow internet limited to only two devices. RIPOFF.

Paid for a shuit that had full kitchen but no utensils, pots, pans, dishes provided by the hotel. Can not order meals by phone. Terrible or shortage of services. Have stayed at Trump Las Vegas many times before, and had wonderful stays, it appears that this hotel is having to cut back on service to save money.

Overall my stay at Trump International was a good one except for the noise disturbance from the contactors removing old carpets and installing new ones the floor my room was located and the floor above. They started the removal during the midnight hours. They left dirty debris on the carpet in the hallway and equipments in the hallway. The hotel management did not inform us this.
