Vdara Hotel and Spa appeals to guests who love the energy and excitement of Las Vegas, but choose to enjoy it from an exclusive environment. It is an intimate and exclusive experience unlike anything else on the Las Vegas strip.

If I can offer any advice, it would be to not stay here. Vdara used to be considered a luxury hotel and it is now far from that. We had friends staying at a Hilton property during the same dates, their suites were a fraction of the cost and were beautifully updated. MGM/ Vdara/ Aria lost a long time customer. I took video and images of how run down the property is.

Stayed in a studio parlor suite at Vdara, room 12036. Minibar completely unstocked, like bare. They said they would put in a ticket for it to be filled tomorrow or the next day. The in room tablet for controlling infotainment and ordering room service was broken and non-functional. Let them know and they said they would be putting in another trouble ticket. The room was not clean. Dust on all the surfaces, still crumbs of food. I asked to be changed rooms, management declined a room change. Front desk assistant was nice, but unhelpful. Ultimately, it was you get what you get. I would expect this out of the Luxor, not an Aria property. They need to tighten it up. Terrible! Book at Aria or Cosmo or Wynn or Venetian before booking here. Such a shame because it is in a good location for proximity to Aria, Cosmo, and Bellagio.

We reserved a Studio Parlor Suite at the Vdara in late June 2025. The room itself was a little dingy. The furniture was banged up. There were HUGE stains on the couch. The refrigerator was completely frozen (needed to be defrosted) so none of our food and drinks stayed cold. I can go on and on (hair in the bed, shades didn’t work, etc.) but even though the state of the room was bad, it was the indifference from the staff that was the kicker! When I brought up the issues (one night into our stay), I was told they were completely booked and I could not be moved. No compensation was offered, no fees waived. The staff did not seemed too concerned with addressing anything I was upset with. I got a “sorry” when I again brought them up at checkout. Again, no compensation offered. My wife and I have exclusively stayed at MGM properties the past 20 years (we actually got married at the MGM Grand 15 years ago), but the terrible experience with the room combined with the awful customer service prompted us to tour other properties on north end of the strip. Very disappointing.

This was my 5th time staying at Vdara and I booked the City Corner Fountain View suite for my weeks stay. This room never disappoints and is a great size, with some amenities you might need for a slightly longer stay in Las Vegas - especially during the hotter months. The view as always is outstanding. I was on the 37th floor and had a great view of the Bellagio fountains and Vegas strip. Plus a great view of the sphere. I can never fault the staff or rooms in my stays at Vdara. The hotel feels a little more laid back due to no casino, with Aria, Bellagio and Cosmo, all walkable in around. 5-10 minutes from the lobby. The carrot cake from the Market Cafe is also a must have.

Beautiful hotel! Good selection of restaurants and snack shops near by. Very central location! Conveniently connected to Bellagio and Cosmopolitan through indoor walkways. Next door to The Aria! Loved it! ♥️♥️😊😊
