Currently wrapping up day 3 of 4 at the Vdara. We came on a family trip and have 4 rooms total. We opted for the Restore room due to allergies but our stay has been anything but Restorative. We have had constant clicking from our AC unit that makes it sound like someone is running down the hall in your room all night. We stopped by the front desk and were told they couldn’t switch our room but that it would be addressed before going to bed last night. The people at the front desk were friendly and apologetic. It is currently 5:42 AM however and we are wide awake because you guessed it, they did NOT fix the A/C unit. That’s 3 nights in a row now with interrupted sleep. On top of that, we had our Housekeeping light on from 10:00am to 4:30pm yesterday and no one ever came AND the stand up shower floods the floor every time we shower because the drain barely drains. Overall incredibly disappointing. We did get one night of the resort fee waived for our inconvenience but what about the other 3 nights? We’re paying a $55 daily resort fee and paid more $$ for Restorative for what exactly? Huge letdown Vdara.

Location...harder to get to from the main blvd. Easy, direct access to and through Bellagio and Cosmopolitan....go to Bellagio for beautiful things and Cosmopolitan for food and shopping. Our AC was terrible, the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor and the sink did not drain....also the cordless phone in the room did not work to connect to the front desk. Overall I would not recommend it except it was cheaper and did have good access to the other two hotels. Also do NOT eat at the market. The turkey wrap was literally still frozen. I think all of their food there is pre-made somewhere else. The panini was not even warm.

Vdara is NOT a resort by any stretch. Our room had either bed bugs or ticks which caused severe itching and boils on my wife’s legs. When we complained to the hotel and spoke to Stephen the Ops Manager they said they’d send someone to check but no one came for 45 mins. After that we couldn’t wait any longer and had to go see a doctor. After going to the lobby to complain they took another hour to take any action. Finally Romon another Ops Mgr changed our room and moved us to a bigger corner suite but we had to pack and move all our luggage while still under the condition. On top of all this when we complained on checkout the front desk person agreed to remove the resort fee of $55 per night plus tax. But the folio recieved still has the charge. For mgm hotel staff reading this : This needs to be removed immediately. There is nothing resort like in this hotel: - no complimentary coffee in the room - even the most basic Marriott properties have complimentary tea / coffee - kitchenware only on request - no wine glasses - pool closes at 6 pm - no on-site lounge or breakfast. I’m titanium elite status on Bonvoy so no real benefit of being a partner property - no bell desk to help with luggage - no concierge on property (go to aria or call from room) - housekeeping forgot her broom in our room and came back later to collect it. - carpets are dirty - bed bugs or ticks 😔

Nice room but public spaces are crowded almost all the time. We were there on a weekend - the pool was loud and crowded. Also, a lot of nickel and diming. We had one of the more expensive rooms. The room came with a Keurig, but you had to buy K-Cups from the minibar. I've never seen that before.

I had an incredible experience at Vdara and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out — Heba at the front desk was exceptional. She was welcoming, professional, and made the entire check‑in process effortless. Her hospitality truly set the tone for the stay. The room was spacious, modern, and unbelievably comfortable. The bedding and pillows were some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel — I slept better here than I do at home. And the large soaking tub was the perfect finishing touch. After long days in Vegas, it made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. If you’re looking for a quiet, upscale, non‑gaming hotel with top‑tier service and comfort, Vdara is an excellent choice. Highly recommend.
