The Venetian

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Heavy drapery shuts the noise and lights out for a restful sleep. The shops to explore are plenty and interesting in the pretend Venice that is almost convincing. Staff are courteous and helpful. Will stay here again!

I spent days here in a suite with my wife for 6 nights. Very nice, staff was friendly and this place is huge. You can spend all week walking this place and not see it all. To many restaurants to mention and a mall inside so there is plenty of shopping. Only complaints are that everything is very expensive. Table games are $20 minimums, restaurants are expensive and shopping is ridiculous. They have about 11 pools and not one ounce of shade. I assume that is a attempt to get you to spend a $1000 on a cabana to stay out of the 100+ degree heat.

We arrived just 8 hours ago for a 4-night stay in one of The Venetian’s largest suites, and we’re already regretting the decision. While the suite itself is beautifully remodeled and the property visually impressive, the service has been noticeably cold and unwelcoming. At the end of the day, a hotel is just a building—it’s the people who define the experience. Unfortunately, The Venetian has quickly earned a place at the top of my list for worst hospitality experiences. As a luxury travel advisor (owner) with over 22 years in the industry, I take pride in guiding clients toward exceptional service. Based on this experience, I will be steering both clients and colleagues away from this property. So far, this has been entirely forgettable—and disappointing.

Such an amazing hotel, we got an upgraded room to sephre view and the room was huge! Everything was very fancy, clean and even the bathroom was very large. Wirless charging also on the side tables. Staff were very friendly from the gentleman at check in desk, the gentleman that gave hot water for coffee (who is a Max Verstappen fan 😁) and the security guards helping with directions and also pokies. Great there was an extra mini fridge to use for free. Would recommened 100% to everyone. Only one thing that wasnt good but it seems like everywhere in Vegas (probably rest of US too) is smoking where gambling is and having to walk through the cigarette smell to get anywhere.

Stayed at the Palazzo! Fantastic as usual! It was our Anniversary and went to Delmonico’s on property and had the Bone-in ribeye!!! Spectacular….. Thanks Rouchelle for your hospitality!!!
