Best place for the chilled out with Family and Frineds .
Chandragiri Hill Resort. It is an excellent resort in Kathmandu Valley. You can see a panoramic view of the valley from the resort. It is a great destination to spend a weekend with family and friends in a very cool and charming environment. It is a great destination to spend time with your relatives for meetings and seminars. The atmosphere of the resort, the service of the staff, and the hospitality of the resort are really attractive and excellent. In this rainy season, enjoying the fog and swimming in the water is a special pleasure. And in the winter season, playing with the snow around the resort makes you feel like you have reached heaven. We went to spend a weekend at this resort with our foreign friends on August 2. This weekend was a memorable moment for me and my foreign friends. My foreign friends have expressed their commitment to visit this place again with their families. Best place to chill out with family and friends. It's very chilled place; you will love it. Please visit once in your life.

Bad experience
Poor experience!! We upgraded for the Sphere view and was very disappointed no view at all and the hotel still charged me for it.

Desperate for cash.
Bad experience even before I check in. My 3rd and last time here. Want $75 early check in fee when they have 50% occupancy. .goalposts for Service and value redefined to their demise. Bad strategic move when you think your customers are fools. It’s one thing to up-charge with added value. But this is better for the hotel. People get in earlier and spend more money at the pool or on the resort. Shorter lines win-win. Good bye and good luck.

Poor accounting
We had great service, however the monetary accounting was poor. We were asked twice for payment while during our stay and cc was absolutely fine on file. It was stressful and not appreciated.

Poor service | Failure to credit multiple times
We were supposed to get a $75/day dining credit since we stayed 4 days - never got it Pool service took 2 hours, 8 requests from our server, and 2 from the manager to get our food - what turned out to be a lousy pizza. Then we got no refund as promised. We were also charged twice for service at a bar near the other pool. Overall very poor service.
