The Venetian

We had a wonderful stay at the Venetian this past weekend to celebrate our 30th Anniversary seeing the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. Our thanks to Marco, Concierge who helped me with our confusing reservations with Vibee who didn’t send the confirmation until 3 days before our arrival. This necessitated me making a second reservation to be sure we had a room. Marco was very understanding and knowledgable confirming we did, indeed, have our Vibee reservation so I could cancel the other without penalty. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Christopher at the front desk who had our room and VIP lanyard for the show the next day. He congratulated us on our Anniversary and gave us a voucher for two glasses of champagne. He offered a room upgrade for a better view including a Suite close to the elevator since my wife had recent knee surgery. This was very much appreciated. All the hotel staff including the security guards were all friendly and professional. Our Suite was beautiful. There were some issues that I resolved with Aulani the next day who apologized profusely and took care of our resort charges. Again, this was a very appreciated gesture. The convenience of the walkway from the Venetian to the Sphere was great since it was raining on the day of the event. The property is beautiful, and clearly laid out with the adjacent Palazzo and restaurants superb. It had been 20 years since our last visit to Las Vegas, but we look forward to future stays at the Venetian.

The Venetian is definitely one of the best hotels in Vegas. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful! The casino, restaurants and shops are also very clean and inviting. The food options for our group meeting in the Convention Center were plentiful and delicious.

I had a fantastic time at the Venetian and Palazzo resorts. My sister and I travelled for our birthdays. The check-in with Dianne was easy and informative. She gave us great recommendations, and was very helpful. Our room was lovely. We appreciate housekeeping who brought in a board for my sister’s bed. She needs a firm bed for her back. We had a fantastic chef’s choice meal at Sushi Samba. Our waitress was amazing. On departure, Eli Flores at the Bell desk was extremely helpful. There is a famous race beginning and he provided excellent advice on how to travel to the airport from the hotel at this time. I appreciate his kind and confident advice. What a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I had a fantastic time at The Venetian. We ate at Bouchon Cafe and it was spectacular. Our room was luxurious, quiet and worth every penny. The staff was exceptional and our bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The pool and spa area were topnotch. Admittedly, it is confusing that smoking is still allowed in the casino. Fewer than 12% of US adults are smokers, how in the world is this beautiful hotel still allowing smoking? Big turn off. Would have given 5 stars but just can't because of the gross smoking.

The room was clean and roomy, the bathroom was large plenty of room for the both of us to prepare for the day. The bed was so very comfortable, we travel a lot and by far the most comfortable!! Didn't have a to leave for food, drink, entertainment. Will definitely return. Thank you Venetian for a wonderful stay!
