Find all of the beauty and drama of Venice in a most unlikely place when you check into The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino on the Strip in Las Vegas. With soaring marble pillars, works of art and entire facades painstakingly recreated, not to mention actual canals with singing gondoliers gliding past, The Venetian captures the magic of Italy perfectly. The Grand Canal Shoppes, including some of the most sought-after designer names, and restaurants run by some of most highly regarded chefs, line the canals beneath vaulted, hand-painted ceilings. An 112,000 square foot casino awaits those ready to try their luck at the famed tables, while a variety of activities offer additional diversity. The Venetian is a chance to walk through halls of history, explore the beauty of one of Italy's most famous cities, and to experience the wonders that Las Vegas has to offer - in one spectacular resort.

The outside large and extensive equipment make a constant loud sound that is heard in the more expensive "upgraded" Sphere view in a 21st floor suite. There is no means of making hot water for tea or coffee in the room.

It's a beautiful clean hotel with a good staff. That's the positive. The negative is the following. It is unnecessarily large. It was a trek to get to our room down the incredibly long hallways and even more of a trek to get downstairs or to the ice machine all the way down a different hallway. The resort offers small Venetian labeled bottled waters complimentary but only at the front desk. If you want a water in the room, the large bottle will cost you $12. When I asked why I have to trek all the way to the front desk to get a complementary bottle of water and why they couldn't just put in the room. I was told that I could have a complementary bottle of water brought to my room at a charge. How is that complementary? Also before beginning your long trek down to a restaurant for breakfast it would be nice to have a cup of coffee in your room. Unfortunately, the rooms though immense are not equipped with a coffee maker the bathrooms, while beautiful have a single hook for a towel, which is fine except if you're traveling with a spouse. Finally, several times at meals. We were told that we could only sit for one hour. When you're spending $75 for eggs in the morning, it's not the kind of message you want to receive before you sit down. Similarly, we were told the same thing at their very nice, but very expensive restaurants, that we had to be out in one hour. All in all, while it's a very nice hotel I would not stay there again. There are much better options in Vegas.

We just got back from staying at the Venetian Hotel and going to the BSB concert at the sphere. The Venetian is definitely my favorite place I've stayed on the strip! The atmosphere and architecture and ambiance is truly unmatched. The room was incredible and had the best bathroom I've ever encountered at a resort! Everything was super clean and luxurious and worth the price every penny! Staying here was definitely a huge benefit if going to a concert at the sphere. Being able to walk through to the sphere while being inside and not having to arrange transportation etc is definitely something I'd recommend! The hotel is towards one end of the strip but it's really not a big deal. If you want to explore the other end and now have to walk you can just get a ride to the other end and do whatever you want and then come back later. It's not as inconvenient as I thought it would be! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally recognize the exceptional service provided by Jessica and Andrew from Resort Services during my recent stay at The Venetian. Unfortunately, my visit involved a series of challenges related to our room, room service, and billing. Without detailing each issue, I can say it was one difficulty after another. That said, what truly stood out—and ultimately defined my experience—was the level of customer service I received throughout the process. From the hotel host to the front desk manager, everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and helpful. However, Jessica and Andrew went above and beyond, with Jessica deserving special recognition. She demonstrated genuine empathy, clearly understanding how frustrating the situation was—particularly for my wife. She took full ownership of the issues, followed through diligently, and exceeded my expectations in every respect. I cannot say enough positive things about her professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction. Despite having poor luck gambling during my last few visits, the caliber of service—driven by team members like Jessica and Andrew—is the primary reason I would gladly return to The Venetian. Exceptional service truly makes the difference. Please extend my sincere thanks to both of them, and especially to Jessica, for turning a difficult situation into a positive and memorable experience. Sincerely, Daniel

We have stayed in other Vegas top hotels but we would come back without a second thought. I wish I was there right now!
