Wow what a great place Amazing service beautiful rooms absolutely perfect the bed was top rated

Stayed here on a monday night as cheaper then you get hit with tax about 50 bucks thats fine you think nice hotel. Very busy got a room or suite as they call them in venetian part room was ok then open the curtains onto a solid wall 20 feet away zero view at all no one mentioned this at the queue at check in . It wasnt just the view the main air con units are right below the window and they make a racket noisy all night long. Pillows good bed comfy. The mastic around the edges of shower and bath has been bodged all over the bathroom looked like a 2 year old had a go . No toiletries in Bath the shower ones were attached to the wall. Considering this is a 400 dollar a night room it was poor , stayed at Fountainbleu which was better as was the Bellagio ( touristy ) FOR THE MONEY THIS USUALLY COSTS IT IS NOT WORTH IT ... note if you really want like venice let it flood regularly then smell of sewage the rest of the time, and yes I have been to Venice multiple times .. Considering they spent 1.4 billion on a refurb it is not great

We live here in Vegas (retired here after our jobs took us all over the world). We discovered the Palazzo’s Prestige Lounge/suites when we first got here (several years ago). Everything was 5 stars and reminded us of our past travels. I am a “foodie” and although $$ was high…it was ALL WORTH IT. -Champagne check in (23rd floor) -Each evening in our PRIVATE LOUNGE: Impressive appetizers/many choices from great restaurants in the hotel (proteins/veggies/cheese & meat trays, free drinks: ….you felt very special. -Breakfast Buffet MANY wonderful choices…flavors were outstanding. -Gorgeous Suites -2 x’s stayed for Hubby’s BD…we were looking forward to future visits./stays Just last week Feb 2026 we came again for Hubby’s BD……we were soooo shocked!! It was NOT the Palazzo Prestige Suites we remembered!! -$$$ was even MORE than before -Our room was NEVER CLEANED: Requested 3x’s by concierge. (Came back to room at 8:30 pm and used towels all over bathroom floor, bed not made!! Our hearts sank!! -Our first night in Prestige Lounge….expecting GREAT appetizers, but it was ALL carbs with NO TASTE. No cheese/meat trays (they substituted potato chips!!). The choices all looked like a Junior Chef at McDonalds!! The 2nd night was even worse! -Breakfast; sooooo sad, frozen egg cups (no veggies/meat…NO flavor), potatoes, and one morning there was sausage! -We spoke with several patrons and they ALL said the same, “This is NOT how we remembered Prestige Lounge” We feel SWINDLED AND PLAYED…..and we had to PAY for this horrible 2 night stay!! My hubby said, “This is what u’d expect from Treasure Island (across the street)....NOT THE PALAZZO (and especially NOT Prestige Suites”!! WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE PALAZZO!!

The room was beautiful. Nice and large Suite, comfortable bed, very convenient to the events at Sphere!

Me and my friend had a great time. The property is super nice and the rooms are too. My favorite part was the outdoor pool garden that was open until 10pm! I like going in the hot tub at night but every hotel pool closes way too early. Me and my friend at times had a whole hot tub to ourselves. To me the Venetian is one of my favorite 5 Star Hotels and I was very lucky to be able to come back for my birthday this year. Thank You Venetian for making me feel like a Vegas King for the night, as always.
