The Venetian

Just stayed at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas and I have to say what an experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a long day on the strip but what really stood out was the staff (Divina at the front desk is awesome) Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on luxury and exceptional service so consistently. If you’re planning a trip to Vegas, this is definitely a place worth staying.

If you want a drink at the pool, rent a cabana. otherwise, good luck. and if you MOVE anything it the room refrigerator you will be charged for it and you WILL need to dispute it. the room and resort are great!

When checking in early there isn’t anywhere (that I could find) that you could leave a change of clothes and essentials so that you could go to the pool area and wait for your room. Super inconvenient. The restroom area outside of the pool area was also inadequate. In addition, for a hotel this size, the bell service was woefully understaffed. If I didn’t go down and get my luggage, it could have been hours until someone could bring them to the room. The good stuff: room was very comfortable, late night dining and room service options, an abundance of shopping and restaurant options, and centrally located to everything!

Very inflexible staff and policies. Today I went with a local to eat at HaSalon and when leaving, we had issues with our rented car fob, and stayed 18 mins over the 3 hours allowed for locals to get free parking. Called the parking agents and they said no, called the customer service and said no, too. And finally wrote to parking services and, as well, they said no. So I paid 25 dollars for just 18 mins of parking. Had had issues with parking at MGM properties in the past and never ever they said no or charged extra. They understood. Hope things stay good for The Venetian and customers keep coming so they can keep making money just for parking, even if you just pay for 18 mins. In the meantime, it’s good that I and other customers are realizing other fine casinos in LV are currently offering free parking such as Resorts World and Fontainebleau.

We booked after a lot of research on where to stay close to the Sphere and this hotel did not disappoint. The room was great for a family with a separate living room. The room was surprisingly quiet and had a view of some of the action. We were able to do everything that we wanted due to the central location. Self parking was very easy and convenient.
