The Venetian

Overall, a great hotel—probably one of the best on the Strip. That said, I wouldn’t have paid this much had I known about some of the issues in the room. The shower had very low water pressure, and the showerhead couldn’t be adjusted, so I had to stand awkwardly against the wall to use it. Additionally, one of the sinks didn’t have any cold water at all—it simply wouldn’t come out—which was extremely disappointing.

We got a room that smells like feces. Complained several times and were promised a new room after the cleaning team couldn't find the source. The hotel staff promised our new rooms are almost ready for two days but never actually did anything. What a smelly vacation

Good atmosphere bad everything else. It was cold the day we went in April 60 during the day 40 at night, not the venetians fault obviously but why did they have there air on blast like they were trying to freeze people out!? Also my friend and I were interrogated by security for our outfits thinking we were “working girls” because we had on short dresses we were coming from a club its was 2am they asked for our IDs cleared us but still walked us out. How insulting! I will not be discriminated against for being a female and what I’m wearing. Won’t be back venitian or palazz.

I would rate this more of a 4.5 stars if given the option. Nothing 'wrong' with the hotel per se, just not quite the same level of luxury as what a 5.0 star would be. Ambiance is corporate/convention type for the most part, with some vacationers. Lot of activity on the main casino floor, in fact the wave of convention people led to packed bars and restaurants, but there are plenty of options on the property if you get away from the restaurant row and near the hotel elevators. Business Trip solo. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great to have extra space with couch and table, though note that if travelling with a companion, the extra space is not walled off. I would stay there again. Pros - Clean, large rooms - Comfortable bed - Attentive housekeeping - showed up multiple times each - Pretty quiet in the rooms - Pool is heated Cons - Little bit towards the north end of the main part of the strip, but easy to get to just about anywhere, especially the Sphere - Smoking in casinos

This is an AMAZING hotel that I will absolutely stay at again. From the start, our check-in process was so incredibly pleasant and I want to thank front desk agent Jesus for that. He was so welcoming, kind and accommodating. The rooms are top tier, very spacious especially traveling with two kiddos. This hotel is so gorgeous. It smells beautiful and looks overwhelmingly gorgeous. Great dining options for any time of day. Pool was perfect. The view was stunning, beds are so comfortable... just everything was perfect.
