The Venetian

The room itself was great, but unfortunately our overall experience was not. So disappointing. I believe Venetian hotel is going downhill and they lost their origin quality. Staff were very unfriendly. On the morning of checkout, around 7:30 AM, a staff member went room to room aggressively knocking multiple times on each door. It was very disruptive and stressful, especially while we were still asleep and trying to relax early in the morning. When we opened the door, she quickly moved on to the next rooms and later explained that it was checkout day and everyone needed to be ready by 11 AM. However, this approach felt unnecessary and quite intrusive, as we were already aware of the checkout time and fully planned to leave on time. This kind of experience is unusual and not something we’ve encountered at other hotels. Unfortunately, it negatively impacted an otherwise pleasant stay.

I have been going to the Venetian and the Palo Sal since the grand opening I have always up until this last day felt like a queen Venetian Plaza were amazing however corporate world please have a heart treat us with compassion so that you can flourish from it all we didn’t mind losing money They let us play but to go to your casino and just put your money in and it just takes it faster than a hike. It’s sad it’s called great so please get it together cause I love Las Vegas and Las Vegas loves me and I love Venetian and I love Palazo. I will continue to go. I won’t give up because I know sooner or later corporate world you will get it anyway other than that the service the rooms food it’s fabulous. Thank you.

Stayed for 2 days, my phone dropped out of my pocket upon leaving at the taxi area. Filed a lost and found report. Was snidely told, "Have you seen the size of our hotel?" by the security. I can see my phone via locations, and not a single person there will look for it at the location (taxi area) while I call or turn it in. They DGAF about you as a customer once you leave. Will never be back.

First time traveler to Las Vegas will return. Overall a wonderful resort. The staff are friendly and food is great. Hotel makes it feel secluded while at the same time steps away from the Las Vegas strip

My last stay here was 2019 so it’s been a while. But I wanted to eat at Cote Korean steakhouse so I might as well stay close, and the Venetian overall location is very good. There was a package for $75 food and beverage credit per day, so that worked out as Venetian has a ton of good eats. We got one of the rooms in north tower that is 2queen extra space, about 1500 sq ft. My kids thought it was a palace. One drawback is it is near the elevators, but at least you don’t have to walk so far if your room was at the end of the hall. Online check in plus kiosk key printing was easy. They have text messaging with the staff and they usually replied under an hour. The room was recently updated with new furniture, and the beds were good. The bones or the room are a bit old given the hotel age, like no bathroom fan. We were facing the south tower so our window had no view, but not a big deal. Instant hot water in bathroom but I’d prefer to max temperature to be hotter. You get an empty mini fridge which is nice. My family liked shopping and walking around the canal shops. There is a Walgreens on property too which is convenient. Easy walks to Wynn, fashion show mall, Caesar’s. You have good views of the sphere and guitar tower being built. The gym and pool complex were nice, with plenty of room. Everything was super clean too. Venetian rewards was easy to set up also, and you get points for many types of spending, not just gambling. Overall we had a great trip and would return. I am done with MGM and Caesars properties that are raising prices yet going downhill, and I think you get more value and variety at Venetian compared to Wynn, but still get vegas luxury.
