The location is really good: ideally located, nice spa, stunning view on the lake, rooms are big and in good condition. The staff is also very kind. But, there is a but, that should not occure in a 5 stars hotel: it seems they tried to spare on staff quantity, generating some delays everywhere: I was unable to get my room on time, even if the official time is really late (4 p.m.), I had to wait maybe 3 minutes for the waiter at breakfast before he arrived and was alble to give me table. Not a big deal, but not on par with 5 stars standards.

Nice view over the lake, great suite with a room for improvement, the living area and bed room were great, the bathroom and the walk in closet should be slightly bigger instead of the kitchen! Breakfast was average. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is less than a minute walk to the train, very convenient.

The hotel itself is nice, but there are some improvements recommended in terms of service. We travelled with a child and were not let to check in earlier than exact 15.00 CET. Later check out was not possible as well. Kids are not allowed in the pool after 18.00 CET (we were reminded about it twice on our way to the pool). The whole impression of interacting with staff at reception was that there is zero flexibility. On Saturday, the pool and spa was full like in a public one. It appears that the hotel sells Abonnements to make extra money, but it impacts an experience for guests staying in the hotel. The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and with so many people, it felt not well. At breakfast, a glass of Prosecco/ Champagne was only possible for extra charge - surprising for a luxurious five star hotel. The service at restaurant, concierge and valet parking was excellent - thanks for that.
