Beautiful hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, adequate working space and bathroom with all amenities. It is well situated. Dinner in the restaurant is very good, breakfast is stupenduous, and the staff is as professional and attentive as you can find. It may appear as a busness hotel, but we found it equally romantic, classy and restful.

The staff was amazing - very kind, attentive, and also professional. The room, restaurants, and gym were all first-rate. The location is excellent. Prices for Peru were high, but you get what you pay for. You know the staff is five star when, after the first day, they know your name and habits.

Traditional, solid and profesional. This hotel has been a landmark in Lima for years and they live to their reputation. Rooms ara ample and have been remodeled, staff is top professionals and nice. The breakfast is outstanding .The location is great. We came with a large group and left our bags for one day as we went to the jungle. We arrived very late the next day and our bags were already in our rooms. Very gentle touch

Very pleasant spot. Great location. The staff were very nice. The lobby bar/restaurant was courteous and the food was quite good. The rooms were good and easy to sleep for the night. It's our second time there and very pleased. Very close to an archaeological site and we were able to walk there.

I went with my little kids and got a connected room. Very comfortable rooms, big bathrooms, excellent service. There were activities for the kids during weekends. Variety of options for breakfast, but limited menu for room service. They have a nice pool (outdor).
