Beautiful hotel
Amazing stay from Philipa checking us in and getting us a room early and then other staff we met during the stay were all friendly and delightful. Comfy beds and incredible views from room. Akla served beautiful lunch in gorgeous setting. Near metro to city centre

True hospitality
This was our 3rd stay at the IHG Lisbon and each time the experience reinforces our decision to book it again for our future stays. The location is perfect for exploring the city, rooms are cozy and modern, and service on every level is outstanding.

Satisfactory
The hotel location is central with friendly service. Room is clean but the bathroom needs a refurb. Very standard intercontinental breakfast. I do not recommend ordering from the restaurant, did not like the food and very poor quality. Also, first time experience of having a hotel keep a deposit at time of check in for extras ordered during the stay, makes no sense as at time of check out, the bill is paid in full anyways.

Portugal a trip to remember
Ideal location , best risoto , bar staff is excellent somewhat friendly staff ( hence rated 4 ) , spacious rooms but need a little bit of maintenance . Location is perfect. Nice park and centre to walk around . Walking distance to many eating joints with local cuisine . Try 51 Pateo . Would come back

Great team
Great team running a great hotel. Reception couldn’t e more polite or helpful on check in. We were early but they did everything possible to get our room ready and let us relax while waiting. Room was very spacious , clean and in good working order. Club room food for breaky was good quality and staff very attentive. Excellent gym with plenty of equipment and space. The staff at this hotel were always happy and helpful. It was good to see a hotel with appropriate team numbers. If in Lisbon again would definitely stay here.
