The Wigwam is Perfectly Arizona
The grounds, rooms and restaurants are superb. Coming to the Wigwam is always a great breakaway. This is the second year I came for my birthday, and it was a perfect celebration. The food, pool and room was perfect. Loved every minute.

We were greeted with very courteous staff and upgraded in accommodations. Beautiful grounds and rooms are always comfy etc. Nice and quiet , and we had our granddaughter — and other families next door but could not hear anyone. Our only go to when we’re in Phoenix area.

Very beautiful property and the price was great, plus the room was bigger than imagined, balcony was a bonus and bar. The pool vibes were fun and upbeat. All staff were amazing.

Worst wedding anniversary ever!
I selected the Wigwam Resort to celebrate a very special wedding anniversary, thinking that it would be a great experience. However, during our 50 years of marriage, it was certainly our worst anniversary ever! I suppose that I might have realized that service and communication could be an issue there considering the number of days that it took just to assure that we had an ADA room. The property itself is quite attractive, but difficult to maneuver and use the services. I never got to the swimming pool to exercise, which I do daily in our Ironwood Country Club where we live. When I spoke with a representative of the resort, I was assured that our upgraded room would be close to the pool. However, it was not, and getting there was impossible for us.I had been told that if we arrived after 10am, and a room was available, it would cost $40 extra, but after 12 noon, we could leave our luggage at the desk and have luncheon or enjoy the pool at no extra expense. That was not the case. Arriving well after 12 noon, we had lunch, but we charged more than $40!The next morning, my wife suggested that we leave, but I said that we obviously would receive no refund. So we decided to stay and give it another chance. Our room service breakfast on the patio was delightful that morning. However, that was not the case in our remaining four days at the resort.Rather than detail all of the problems, I will fast forward to our much anticipated anniversary dinner at Litchfields, the resort's five star restaurant. We had a charming server, and she did all she could to make things special. However, Michelle seemed to be quite concerned when she saw that my $60 steak was all grissel! The high prices were certainly not worthy of the toll on our special evening.I could go on and on, but it hurts me to think of our ruined anniversary after all of those that we have enjoyed in Europe, Hawaii, and even Palm Springs, where we were last year. Awesome family fun!
We love the Wigwam Resort! We have our late spring family gathering. The kid were so happy with the new pool slide. The wagu burger is absolutely delicious.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa. The facility was beautiful, the staff courteous and helpful, and the rooms spacious. My husband, an avid golfer, enjoyed the courses right on the property. My vacation routine included hours relaxing, reading and people-watching at the lovely pool. The right prescription for a busy couple in need of some R&R!
