Disappointing Experience and Lack of Accountability from Management
Our stay has been deeply disappointing, largely due to the way concerns were handled by both management and customer service. On the first day, housekeeping didn’t arrive until nearly 4 PM, which was already frustrating. More concerning, some of our personal belongings were thrown away. When we brought this to management’s attention, our concerns were dismissed outright. We were told it didn’t happen and were made to feel as though we were being untruthful, which only added to the frustration. An incident report was eventually filed, but we were then told that any further action would require us to file a police report ourselves—an unreasonable expectation given the circumstances. Our interaction with Danielle, the manager, was particularly disheartening and did not reflect the level of professionalism or care we expected. Overall, the lack of accountability and poor customer service made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this resort.

I recently stayed at the Wigwam Resort in Phoenix for a business conference, and it exceeded expectations in every way. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained grounds, charming architecture, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind even when you're there for work. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making the experience enjoyable. It made a big difference during a busy conference schedule. Even though this was a work trip, I found myself thinking it would be a great place to come back to purely for leisure. I’d absolutely consider staying here again if I’m back in the Phoenix area.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa. The facility was beautiful, the staff courteous and helpful, and the rooms spacious. My husband, an avid golfer, enjoyed the courses right on the property. My vacation routine included hours relaxing, reading and people-watching at the lovely pool. The right prescription for a busy couple in need of some R&R!
