From art installations to a poet in residence, the Andaz London Liverpool Street captures London's exuberantly creative spirit. This classic Victorian hotel turned hip urban retreat is "a style coup for designer Sir Terence Conran," raves Fodor's in August 2005. Bedrooms are chic and sleek at this Luxury Resorts affiliate, while dining is some of the best in the city at Aurora, shimmering beneath a stained glass dome, and the Fishmarket with its seductive Champagne bar.

Excellent property with modern finishes and in a building with old world charm. Staff were fantastic, rooms clean and comfortable. Lady Abercorn’s pub & kitchen was also a treat! I will definitely choose Andaz Liverpool Street again for business or personal.

Andaz London is modern, luxurious, and impeccably curated, true to the Andaz style in every sense. We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed it so much that we returned for the final days of our trip. The warmth and professionalism of the team stood out from the start, making us feel truly welcome. Staying in this part of East London was spectacular: walking distance to so many spots, full of history and authentic local energy. The hotel itself beautifully blends historic and contemporary architecture, a unique harmony that reflects the soul of the city. We dined at Rake’s Café Bar, Lady Abercorn’s Pub & Kitchen, and Eastway Brasserie, each one exceptional. Breakfast was also great. In the afternoons, they offered complimentary drinks and bites for guests, with live DJ sets creating a lively and relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in several hotels during our time in London, but our experience at Andaz was by far the most memorable.

I rarely write reviews, but Ryan at the front desk absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment I arrived, he was not only professional and knowledgeable about the hotel, but also incredibly personable and attentive. He took the time to walk me around and share the building’s rich history—something I truly appreciated as someone fascinated by old architecture. When I mentioned that the rest of my party would be arriving later and that we’d need a bell cart to manage the luggage ourselves, Ryan went above and beyond. With no bellman available at that hour, he personally enlisted two other staff members from different departments and the three of them swiftly delivered all our bags to the room without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, warmth, genuine curiosity, and deep knowledge the way Ryan does. Every hotel should be lucky enough to have a Ryan on their team. As for the hotel itself—it’s a stunning property with a unique layout that takes a little navigating, but it’s full of charm and absolutely worth the stay.

Spacious luxurious property right next to the Liverpool tube station. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a really nice variety of items. Keep in mind that this hotel isn’t by any of the major tourist sites but overall still a nice neighborhood.

We are staying at this hotel for a week. We were woken up this morning at 6 am by housekeeping who WALKED INTO OUR LOCKED ROOM and turned on all the lights. She did not knock or identify herself. We were shocked out of sleep and frightened. The housekeeper said the hotel told her we had checked out but the front desk had no information when we called down….. nobody from management has contacted us to explain five hours later. In many years of staying in hotels as we travel continuously —we have never experienced this. I would not recommend staying here.
