About the Hotel

Great location a bit outside of Heathrow
Great hotel room with great food and walkable distance to the London tower and Tower Bridge. However it’s far from Heathrow airport. Taxi does not want to go. Other than that great location. Restaurants to check out. Duck and waffles and Dishoom.

Good stay apart from the heating.
Just a one night stay in this trendy style hotel close to the station .Large double room was clean , nicely decorated but cold! It took three visits to get the heating going and then a good two hours to get to the desired temperature. I was working in the room at the time and also had supper in there. Room service was fine as was the bottle of Rose . On check out the reception kindly deducted the food and wine charge as compensation.

Hotel is nice enough but overall I left with a net negative opinion on this hotel. I was out until 3 AM meeting friends for drinks and came back to the hotel expecting a relaxing evening of sleep. The hotel alarm clock was set by perhaps a prior guest or housekeeping and woke me up just a few hours later. As it was now daylight, I was unable to go back to sleep and the entire next day was ruined. As it is 2025 and essentially nobody relies on hotel alarm clocks and it's so easy for them to be set without your knowledge, I don't understand why a hotel would even have this as a standard feature.

Very comfortable and beautiful room in an amazing building. Breakfast is excellent. Location is perfect, next to Liverpool Street Station with circle line and Stansted express train direct to the airport.

Excellent afternoon tea
Went for afternoon tea for a friends birthday. The staff were very attentive and friendly and was made very welcome The food was excellent
