Welcoming staff, hotel in a great location with great facilities available
A welcoming experience, great location with friendly and accomodating staff. A welcome drink upon arrival is always a great touch, the room was ready for an early check in, always a great experience when I stay here.

Ideal location
Pleasant hotel, staff were friendly and the location is great. Room was tired and the view was horrendous. Room upgrade requested due to a very special occasion, and nothing... it was like the opposite.

In a bedroom facing the station and woken at 3am whilst they were testing the fire alarm for over an hour!

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Staff are very friendly. Location is great right next to Liverpool Station . The downside to the hotel is the we were very disappointed in the breakfast eggs came out cold. Self serve for hot food was not covered with lids hence the whole breakfast was cold.
