Andaz London Liverpool Street

Clean modern rooms, fantastic location, staff so nice and welcoming that it is actually embarrassing, but the best part is the management's approach to extras: there are virtually none. The whole minibar is complimentary (with your own Nespresso machine), free drinks are offered on arrival, departure, and every day between 5 and 6pm. The area where drinks are offered has shared sofas, and it creates a convivial atmosphere that encourages conversations among guests. The whole place feels sophisticate AND welcoming like no other five-star hotel I have visited. Internally connected to the hotel there are a pub, and a bar with kitchen where I had a memorable cheese cake and enjoyed great music played by a Brasilian DJ (they have different guest DJs depending on the night).

The hotel's location is excellent, and the price is high, but each room has its own unique concept. For example, you can overlook Liverpool train station from one of the rooms. Breakfast is varied, and you can watch a match in the pub.

Amazing property and location! Right off the Liverpool street station and service was top tier. We loved the rooms and the cleanliness of everything. Staff was super helpful from when we arrived and it was a great start to our trip. We love London so much we plan on visiting every year and staying at the andaz. I hope everything stays the same and nothing changes.

Great hotel room with great food and walkable distance to the London tower and Tower Bridge. However it’s far from Heathrow airport. Taxi does not want to go. Other than that great location. Restaurants to check out. Duck and waffles and Dishoom.
