Absolutely superb!! Went there for my 50th birthday and it was lovely. Was served by Kazi who was such a gentleman, so attentive, was so helpful as I was in a wheelchair. Had a lovely birthday treat!! Would highly recommend it 🤩

I'm not saying their rooms are the best in town, but they are the best in terms of customer experience. Friendly people like Mr. Ihsan and Pedro, as well as the doorman with the beautiful uniform and the ever-smiling smile. They created a memory for me and my family that we will never forget. I had a lovely stay at The Athenaeum. It’s a very cozy and warm hotel with a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—close to everything yet peaceful. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small, but overall, it was a great experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of spending the day at The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences on July 26th, and it was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment my two friends and I stepped out of our cab, we were treated like royalty. The warm greeting from the doorman set the tone for a flawless experience. Every member of the team , from the front desk to the restaurant delivered service at the highest level. We genuinely felt welcomed and valued throughout our visit. We enjoyed refreshing summer cocktails to start, and the portion sizes of our starters were very generous ,beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant itself was immaculate, with spotless tables, gleaming cutlery, and a calm, elegant atmosphere. For our main course, we had rib-eye steaks that were cooked perfectly to order. The mashed potatoes were not only tasty but beautifully plated as well , it’s the little touches that made the meal extra special. I would love to give a special shoutout to Urmilla (I hope I’ve spelled your name right!), Amanda, Dan, and the rest of the fantastic team. Your service was warm, professional, and far beyond expectations. A highlight of the day was when I requested a small platter to wish my friend a safe flight. What we received went above and beyond including a surprise birthday cake for me! It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made our day. Thank you to the entire team at The Athenaeum for creating such a memorable experience. We will definitely be returning!
