Wonderful Christmas Stay
We spent a week at The Athenaeum over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The staff truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect—from their warmth and attentiveness to how quickly and thoughtfully they handled every request. When we needed medical guidance during our stay, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, even sending a thoughtful gift afterward that meant so much to us. The hotel was impeccably clean, and when we mentioned a brief issue with cigarette smoke, it was addressed immediately with genuine care and professionalism. Breakfast was excellent each morning, and overall, the level of service made our holiday stay feel truly special.

Ended up paying double what I was suppose to pay , after they convinced me to book directly though them the rooms , to make a long story short , Incompetent and unprofessional

A warm welcome away from home.
I was warmly welcomed when I got in here with my family. The staff were very friendly. Ange spoke nicely to us and made us feel welcome. Osborn served us well, taking our meal orders quickly. We had a very lovely experience as a family. Definitely a place to visit again.

Absolutely amazing visit at the Athenaeum
Ange was very warm and welcoming to us when we came. Ange had a really nice and warm welcoming smile and she was so nice to us on arrival . We will certainly visit again . It’s such a beautiful place and a lovey restaurant as well. Osheen was also so warm and welcoming and also very eager to take our order and she was also very eager to take our orders which was very pleasant. Gideon who also met with us to check in was very professional and very warm and welcoming too. Gideon was also very informative about the hotel , Its restaurant etc and answered all our questions very clearly and so well. Absolutely amazing Experience we had!
