Stylish and Relaxing Stay in Central
The hotel was very stylish ant the edge of Green Park and Buckingham Palace and we loved our room with the park view. The location is super central but not too busy, next to Green Park and Hyde Park. Spoil alert for those who come for shopping, the hotel is close to both Knightsbridge and Bond Street. 😉 We felt well looked after by the team including Pedro, Matt, and team at the reception and the Bar.

10/10 experience at the restaurant
We celebrated our dear friend's bridal shower at the restaurant, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. A special mention must go to our server Emmie - she was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, warm and really went out of her way to make us all feel special. She had us laughing throughout and brought such a lovely energy to the whole afternoon. Emmie didn't just serve us, she made the day memorable. The rest of the staff were equally lovely, and it was clear the whole team takes real pride in making guests feel welcome and cared for. The food was delicious too, and the desserts made by the pastry chef Franchezca (who was lovely enough to greet us too) were truly beautiful pieces of art. We couldn't have asked for a better setting to celebrate such a special occasion. Thank you so much, especially Emmie! We'll absolutely be back.

Bridal shower
My friends had booked a lovely bridal shower lunch for myself at the hotel restaurant. From the moment we stepped in to when we were sat at our seats the service was phenomenal. Emmie was our hostest throughout our visit, i can not give her enough praise. She was tentive and great at giving us advise when we couldnt decide on what to eat. Everything we needed Emmie provided and she looked after us very well. The deserts we had was amazing so hats of to your pâtissier she has an amazing talent. Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating and I was made to feel so special by all the staff mostly by Emmie. Wonderful experience 10/10.

Great experience and fantastic staff
First time staying at the hotel and most definitely would return. The location was great but what really made it stand out was the staff. They were so helpful, fun and generally upbeat. Special shout out to Emmie in the restaurant who was fantastic and Matt on the door who was super friendly and upbeat. Would definitely recommend
