Great location, lovely rooms. Bathroom floors heated very nice and comfortable bed. Room was well appointed. The hotel is extremely close to Buckingham Palace. Room service was good. All the staff were helpful. The gym was small but had a heated plunge pool which was brilliant.

Excellent hospitality service from the entire staff! Started with a super friendly welcome from Daniel and Rahman, daily helpful tips where to go, how to get around London since it’s our first time in the city. Smooth checkin from Monica and Jason the hotel manager was superb, never missed a greeting from him, and always offer helpful advise! Our room, not only crisply cleaned everyday but the bar is replenished everyday - for free!!! Best sleep and stay you will get from this hotel.

It was my first time staying at the Athenaeum Residences and I would book to stay again in a heartbeat - the hotel was immaculately presented inside and out and every member of staff was polite, friendly, attentive and so so helpful. The room was gorgeous, the bed was a dream and the turndown service topped it all off wonderfully. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of both continental and cooked options, and with a range of vegetarian choices too, there was something for everyone. Thank you so much for such a perfect stay, can’t wait to visit again!

We booked two nights via a Voyage Prive offer. The welcome from Matt the porter summed up the excellent service we experienced at every opportunity. Breakfast was good and enough gluten free options. The bar was intimate and comfortable for a late evening drink and again attentive and knowledgeable service. We were able to leave luggage on Sunday as our train was later in the day.

I stayed at this amazing hotel with my family and woah what a great stay we had, the rooms were immaculate, cozy and spacious! In our room we had a selection of board games and drinks which was a lovely touch especially having children with us. One of my favourite things had to be the the lounge or as called in the hotel “the view” me and family went there for a few snacks and drinks and ended up staying in there all night playing games and chatting with the gorgeous London skyline! The food was great with wide range of menu and buffet for breakfast! One of the hospitality staff called Amanda was great, she couldn’t do enough of us! Thank you so much!
