Beautiful Hotel, Superb, Friendly and World Class Service
I am a fussy world traveler who had just crossed to England on the QM2. The superlative service at this well located hotel reminded me of the kind of personal hospitality from my youth, traveling as a young finance guy throughout Europe and The Far East. The hotel was originally three Georgian townhouses, and it feels like a luxe private home. Ellen O., the Reception Manager here, showed she really understood hospitality, gave me personal gallery recommendations and checked on me during my 8 day stay. The whole staff here, from the bar, to the dining room -where I breakfasted daily, was on the top of their game. Though I had a cozy room at a good price, I had room to roam in this beautiful property with a nicely appointed library and quiet bar ( the free snacks are good and a super club sandwich) . I stayed here for the first time, but I am a loyal customer.

My husband and I just returned from 5 days at the Chesterfield Mayfair. We loved the hotel and perhaps even more importantly the wonderful staff. The hotel itself is charming and in a great location. The sleeping rooms are lovely, the bar area so warm & inviting. What makes the Chesterfield so amazing is the incredible staff. Everyone - from the doormen to the front desk staff to the fabulous bartenders were incredibly kind, attentive & charming. Loris the concierge is truly exceptional. He personally mare sure we had a great time - making dinner reservations ( all of which were perfect) , securing theatre tickets and making sure we were enjoying ourselves at every point. We cannot say enough good things about the wonderful people who work at the Chesterfield as well as the charming hotel.

We had the most magical afternoon celebrating our birthdays. Jade and Alexa were the most amazing hosts. Jade made us beautiful tea combinations and they both made us laugh! We felt very at home and very indulged. We took home lots of goodies too. Thank you soo much xxx

We had the BEST afternoon tea experience, Jade and Alexa were incredible hosts and made the experience a 5 star success. Thank you Jade and Alexa, we will be back and next time with our children! The afternoon tea was super cute and the sweet cart at the end was the cherry on top!

A lovely girls night out
We absolutely loved our experience at the Chesterfield hotel bar (Sem's). I came with some friends after a play and Ale and Eli made our experience truly special. They helped us choosing the right wine and food but also took the time to walk as through the menu. We felt at home and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you so much for making our girls night out special

We just returned from London and a three-night stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for touring the city. In our room we enjoyed quality amenities—linens, décor and lighting are all exceptional. The staff are friendly, gracious, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded.
