The Chesterfield Mayfair

The Chesterfield is our favorite hotel in London. The location in Mayfair is very convenient, in one of the nicest (and poshest) areas of London, and the hotel is just 2 short blocks from the Green Park tube station. The rooms are attractively decorated and a fair size for central London. The whole hotel is immaculate. The atmosphere is one of an old fashioned English club, but with none of the stuffiness or snobery. The bar is a lot of fun, with great finger food. But the best part of the Chesterfield is the service. The staff is just great, incredibly helpful and welcomng, without being overly familiar. One tip is to get a rate with breakfast included, because if you order breakfast a la carte, it can be quite pricey. We love this place.

Lovely charming hotel with outstanding staff all around! Located in the heart of the Mayfair district, close to the Green Park Underground station (3 blocks or so). Also 1 block away from a secluded square of restaurants called Shepherd Market that has over a dozen restaurants and pubs inside a 2 block area.Italian, French, Lebanese, and others as well as English pubs. The bar area is served by professional bartender (shout out to Enrique and Francisco) and the restaurant service and decor are very elegant with tremendous service people. Hospitality and Doorman were extremely nice and very helpful on our first time to London. Food and drinks were all First Class. Perfect place to stay in this area of London. We would certainly go back as soon as we can!!

Excellent hotel-superb service, friendly staff, wonderful food, helpful in every aspect. We will happily return for our next trip...kudos to the Chef( fabulous dishes), and to Shiham & Darren for making our anniversary trip special. We had a first-rate experience at the Chesterfield Mayfair and I highly, highly recommend this hotel. We were fortunate to have a large and beautiful room. The staff is outstanding! When we needed some advice on a medical matter, Jake and others at the front desk were incredibly helpful and kind. All of the staff who worked with us--Jake, Jade, Isham, Paolo, Mustafa, Erin, Shikan and Malina--were outstanding. Butler's Restaurant in the hotel was lovely for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very well located near Green Park, St. James Park and Buckingham Palace. This is one of the finest hotels in which we've stayed.

Awesome, friendly staff. Joselito was great at the breakfast service each morning we were there! We came in 20 mins before closing, Slavena was able to seat us and get our orders quickly so we were able to enjoy our food before closing! Sakib was awesome each night we were there - superb service, very friendly and great conversations and recommendations for us during our stay in London. Try their fish & chips, they’re amazing!
