We were a danish family of 4 prs who stayed at this hotel during Christmas 2025. And we must say, it was a very pleasant and lovely experience. The hotel in “chesterfield-style” is charming and all the staff, from Israel and Ellen at the front desk to the doormen - waiters and room maids are fantastic and will do everything to make your stay as good as possible.. We will strongly recommend this hotel if you want a calm and pleasant stay in London. Alice&Frank Mørkenborg.

What a lovely hotel! I arrived at just after 9 am expecting to drop my luggage off and I was in my room by 9:30am. The service was wonderful, the room was great (small but great) and in a fantastic location close to everything I planned to do while in London. The rates were good when I booked through Expedia. It was too bad when I added two days onto my trip I couldn’t get the same rates and had to stay somewhere else. It was a birthday trip and they sent a card and such to my room which was unexpected

As every year, we once again spent a week in this hotel in November. As always, it was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel has a wonderfully warm atmosphere, and every member of staff is fully dedicated to making each stay as pleasant as possible. From the very first warm welcome upon arrival, to the heartfelt reception in the bar and restaurant, from the meticulous care of the rooms to the friendly and attentive service of the concierges – everything is perfectly taken care of down to the smallest detail. The location is excellent, the interior is cosy and thoughtfully designed in every respect. For a few months now, Stanley’s Bar has been a magnificent addition: a stunning rooftop bar that offers beautiful views and warm, comfortable seating even in winter. A truly grand asset! But the most important and most wonderful asset of this hotel is its staff. The celebration begins the moment you step through the door at the reception desk, manned by the most charming and knowledgeable ladies and gentlemen. Darren, Loris, Jake and their team win the trophy for top concierges in all of London time and time again. The bars are expertly and most warmly run by the charming Alejandro and — how wonderful, he is back! — the much-praised Adrian. They make every guest feel like royalty and excel as mixologists and entertainers like no other. In the evenings, long-standing, loyal and distinguished pianist John makes you feel completely at home with his warm melodies. During the day, Marilene’s warm smile brings sunshine to Sem’s Bar. At breakfast, guests are thoroughly pampered by a large team of sweet and charming staff who amazingly remember everyone’s name in no time at all. It is impossible to mention everyone, but special recognition certainly goes to Tamara (the sunshine of the morning), Jade (always with a witty remark), and Israel (the hotel’s new star). Behind the scenes, all of this is guided by Fiachra, a born host who is so caring and kind. He truly knows his guests, has an exceptional eye for detail, goes out of his way to ensure everyone’s comfort, and together with his team makes sure that every guest wants to return to this hotel time and time again. There are many more wonderful staff members throughout the hotel who take such excellent care of us on every visit, and although we may not have mentioned everyone by name, we value the attention and care of each and every one of them equally. Our highest praise and compliments go to everyone in this hotel for the way they make their guests feel so welcome. We very much look forward to returning again.

We stayed for Xmas Eve and Xmas day, with Xmas lunch. The hotel exceeded all our expectations especially with regard to the outstanding service we received- especially from Ellen . Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff , all done willingly and with a smile. In addition, the extras we all got for Xmas made it a memorable experience and the food was exceptional. The hotel was like a private club and were family!

We just returned from London and a three-night stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for touring the city. In our room we enjoyed quality amenities—linens, décor and lighting are all exceptional. The staff are friendly, gracious, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded.
