A very special place.
We stayed last night at Claridges to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. From start to finish the experience was truly exceptional. The door staff were incredibly welcoming, then the rooms were amazing - and the hotel had gone above and beyond to make my daughter's room celebratory for her birthday. The rooms are amazing (our balcony room especially - enjoying a glass of champagne on the balcony last night was a wonderful experience). Most importantly each and every staff member was wonderful - no hint of snobbishness or anything, just friendly and welcoming. A very special place. Thank you all.

Afternoon Tea
Visited for Afternoon Tea and it was our first time at Claridges. The Doormen were very busy, so we weren't greeted (Understandable). However, upon entering, two members of the concierge Team ignored us despite us looking a little lost. Although the welcome could have been warmer, the service and experience received by the Afternoon Tea Staff were excellent. A very warm welcome was received, and we were allowed to choose our seats. Our waiter (Issac) was very attentive and couldn't do enough to ensure our experience was delightful. The sandwiches, cakes were very tasty. Will visit again.

From the moment we stepped through the doors of Claridge’s, we were immersed in an atmosphere of refined elegance and flawless service. This iconic Mayfair hotel continues to define the very essence of luxury hospitality. Every staff member we encountered—from the welcoming doormen to the discreet and diligent housekeeping team—demonstrated a remarkable combination of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. Their intuitive service created a seamless, tailored experience that made us feel both honoured and at ease. Our room was a true sanctuary: beautifully appointed, spacious, and crowned by a large private balcony that offered a peaceful escape high above the bustle of London. The chilled champagne awaiting us upon arrival was a sophisticated and thoughtful welcome that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. There was something magical about beginning each morning on that balcony, champagne in hand, as the city stirred to life below us. Every detail, from the plush linens to the ambient lighting, spoke of a commitment to excellence and guest comfort. Claridge’s is far more than a hotel—it is a finely tuned symphony of elegance, heritage, and hospitality. For those seeking an elevated and authentic London experience, we can say with certainty: this is the place.

Perfection
We have been regular guests at Claridges for fifteen years, it’s my absolute favourite place in London. We stayed this weekend and had the most wonderful stay, the Davies suite was stunning. Special thanks to Stephen from the Butler team who looked after us beautifully and was so charming and charismatic. There are lots of fabulous hotels in London but Claridges has something so special, it’s unpretentious, but flawless. The team are so friendly, kind and courteous, they really make our stay every time. Thank you to Jim Lyons and his team for looking after us so well.
