I had a pleasure while staying at COMO Halkin, and it was an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome extended by all staff members to the impeccable service throughout my stay, I was thoroughly impressed with my first visit to COMO in London. I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire staff, with special appreciation for the reception team, the breakfast room staffs, and the hospitality team who assisted me on the day of my departure.

I stayed in COMO The Halkin during a very hectic business trip. Very impressed with the meticoulous taste in every part of the room with very good quality, great breakfast and exceptional service of front office. Situated in a very quiet street near Kensington, it allowed a great rest and a heavenly experience, my go to hotel from here in any next London meeting.

COMO The Halkin is one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I have ever had. The rooms and appointments are beautiful. There is a designed calmness and serenity that the hotel exhibits. Each of the staff members displays excellent professionalism, kindness, and a true sense of service. From management, concierge, front desk, dinning staff, and staff at the lobby bar - all are excellent. Fortunately, I’m returning in June of 2024 and I can’t wait to stay there again.

We chose to celebrate my son's birthday at COMO The Halkin, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The hotel is simply wonderful, boasting a fantastic location and beautifully appointed rooms. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by Valentina, who impressed us with her professionalism and thorough explanation of everything the hotel had to offer. The breakfast experience was delightful, thanks to Neuza's exceptional service. Her professionalism and politeness added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The afternoon tea was a highlight of our stay, made even more special by Claudio's attentive and cordial service. I must give a special mention to Alex, whose assistance in finding a private playground for my son made his birthday truly memorable. Additionally, Irene and Alain from guest services went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Overall, our experience at The Halkin was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you to the entire staff for making my son's birthday celebration unforgettable
