The Conrad St. James is a lovely property that is centrally located. It is an ideal property to explore some of the most visited and iconic London sites. We stayed here for four nights. The St. James tube stop is across the street. Westminster Abbey and Big Ben/Parliament are an easy walk from the hotel. You also can easily walk to Buckingham Palace and the Churchill War Rooms. The Conrad St. James is one of the best locations I’ve stayed in London. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed. They offer a nice turn down service. The entire hotel was spotless and well maintained. The hotel felt almost like a boutique hotel. The front desk service was good. They were not the most welcoming I’ve met at other five star properties, especially considering I am a Hilton Diamond member. The front door staff were always polite and helpful. The staff in the executive lounge were wonderful. They were very professional and offered genuine hospitality. The executive lounge is intimate and offers a nice variety for breakfast and afternoon drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The lobby bar and casual restaurant were good. Nice service and typical food offerings. The main restaurant was closed while we were there, so we ate a couple of dinners in the Blue Boar Pub. There are several good pubs and nice restaurants close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Conrad St. James.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad London St. James! Special thanks to: -The valet team who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! -The in-room dining team and cooks who accommodated all of our late night craving requests! -Housekeeping was outstanding and came by multiple times per day! The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was top of the line. We have always loved the beds in the Conrad’s and this was no exception. We got great nights rest and really enjoyed the room and bathroom throughout our stay. The hotel is really close to all main attractions including Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), Westminster Abbey, St. James Park, Buckingham Palace, etc! The restaurant, bar and tearoom were all wonderful. We enjoyed all meals. We can’t wait to visit London again to stay at the Conrad!

The Conrad Saint James is a terrific hotel in the heart of Westminster. I almost always stay there when on business or vacation - the location is absolutely iconic. The rooms are nicely appointed and always clean and neat, the beds are terrific, and the restaurants are very good. Other hotels may be able to say the same, but the Conrad Saint James has really terrific people, and as someone who travels globally, to me they make a significant difference. They make people feel welcome, that they care about customers having a nice stay, are friendly, and most of all professional. Was just there a couple of weeks ago and will probably be back in the summer.

Outstanding accommodations and location! One of the friendliest staffs you’ll find, as well as one of the most comfortable rooms around! I will not stay anywhere else in London again. This hotel is a must for all traveling to London. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed!

Our stay at Conrad Hilton was delightful as the location near all the “biggies” as well as a tube stop across the street make it perfect for a London visit. We booked a room with executive lounge access and it made our stay very special indeed. We had booked a twin-bedded room and were surprised when our luggage was delivered to a non-twin-bedded room but the bed was quite large so we chose not to contact the front desk to move. We did relay the mistake to the front desk later but did not hear from them. As you can see, it was still a delightful stay. We also had wonderful fish and chips in the Blue Boar pub.
