About the Hotel
The pair of red brick townhouses that make up The Egerton House Hotel stands on 17th Century land that the alderman of London entrusted to slaves being held by Turkish pirates. A string of colorful characters inhabited the mansions through the decades, and remnants of history remain in each uniquely decorated room. Elaborate padded headboards, brocaded fabrics and original antiques combine to create an ambiance that is both stately and welcoming.

New Favourite London Hotel
For my husband's birthday we spent 3 nights at The Egerton House Hotel and loved it. We have stayed at the sister Hotel, The Milestones, on a few occasions so were accustomed to Red Carnation excellent service and accommodation. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The attention to detail and guest requirements was exceptional. We will be back!

A treasure in the center of London
We had a wonderful holiday in Egerton House. Location: in the center of London, very close to Harrods. Very calm neighborhood with no noise. Service: service was perfect. They help us everyday and in every possible ways (booking, suggestions, advice, housekeeping ecc). Breakfast: best Breakfast ever. We recommend to include the breakfast in your reservation. We started everyday with a great breakfast and we didn’t need to have lunch during the day Now we now why it’s one of the best hotel in London according to TripAdvisor. We will return in this hotel soon

Home Away From Home
My father and I stayed at Egerton House to celebrate my 28th birthday. Every standard for a 5-star hotel was exceeded by the team and the hotel building itself. I've stayed at Egerton House since 2022 and it never disappoints in being my sanctuary in an otherwise bustling area of London.

If you are looking for an oasis of calm in London then The Egerton House Hotel is where you need to stay. We don't get away often but we are so glad we chose this Hotel for our treat. We were so spoilt from the minute we walked through the doors. Our room was beautiful and spacious and the bathroom was a delight! We had a very comfortable night. In fact everything at this Hotel was just perfect, the staff, the breakfast, the atmosphere, the martinis!! A special mention for Jacques, Head Concierge and Chinmay, Head Barmen who made us feel very special. We loved it so much we are going back in October.
